The Little Boy in Grandmothers House

Posted on July 16, 2010

Ever since I could remember I’ve always seen ghosts heard things felt things you name it. I’ve had a very rough childhood but I don’t know if that had anything to with it. I will try to relate all my experiences expect for two stories that I hold dear to my heart (it makes me tear just thought of it).

One of the experience that I had was when we went to Mexico for the summer, like we always did every summer.

Well, in my grandmother’s house there has always been this thing about a pale like little black curly hair boy, around 7 years old that (from what my family tells me) he likes to make an appearance to children in general. My mother has said that when my grandmother got married that my great grandfather gave her a piece of land so she can start building a house for her and her husband (which is my grandfather). My mother was born soon after, and as she got older she would help my grandmama as much as she could.

They started adding to the small room (that my grandparents had built) and my mother said that when they where going to build the bathroom that they started digging and they found a huge rock that covered a hole. Rumor has it that back in the day in the early 1900′s when the revolution started in the state of Zacatecas, the piece of land used to be sorta of a barn where the whores would go and abort their children and throw them in that hole.

Back to the story, was that they couldn’t move that rock so they just covered it up and build what’s considered the bathroom  now.

I was about 7 or 8 years old, I went to bed with my mother and younger sisters. My mom had decided that we were to sleep on the floor since it was raining and the ceiling was leaking on to the bed. So we did. In the middle of the night (I remember this clearly) I was awoken by a boy laying next to me. I was so tired that I remember telling him “what do you want”? After that he didn’t say a word just pointed to the bed where the ceiling was leaking. I don’t know why, but I never looked because I was so sleepy (and I thought it was my sister and not a boy that was waking me up). I started to close my eyes and he had his around my neck and he was touching my face trying to keep me awake. Since I thought it was my sister (lets call her “H”) I then got mad and said “what do you want H”? And then again he was pointing with out saying anything. This continued for about 15 to 20 minutes and I finally dozed off.

In the morning when I woke up I went to my sister “H” and asked her why did she want that couldn’t wait to the morning. She looked at me confused and said “I don’t know what your talking about”. I then realized that she had slept in the bedroom up stairs (the room that I slept in was under a balcony where we would hang clothes to dry). I freaked! I told my family and they said that he has made his appearance to my uncles too when they where younger (I’ll tell those stories later).

This story is weird because I had a similar experience back home  in the states before that (I think it was the sometime in the year or a year later). In the middle of the night I was awoken by a girl (I think she was around 7 to 8 years old) same way the boy had awoken me with her arm around my neck she was touching my face. I looked at her she had medium hair length and pale skin, she was pointing to the wall for me to look. I was too scare to even look, I never looked.

Now that I am 26 years old I wonder if they were trying to warn me about something to come or if it was something evil (even thought I didn’t feel like they were). The point is that I never once even look or try to look and I guess I’ll never know.
