Ghost Stories & Paranormal Encounters

It happened during the summer of 2010. Well to be more specific it happened somewhere in the middle of July of that year. I was staying at my uncle John’s house for the weekend that night. It was roughly about midnight and I was lying down with my two cousins in bed listening to music. I can’t sleep at all until I listen to some songs on my ipod, that’s just how I am. One of the girls was on the edge of the bed and the youngest one was in the middle, and then I was against the wall.

After I finished listening to my music I put my ipod up and then turned to face both of my cousins so I could sleep. Then quite literally out of nowhere I saw this mist begin to form in front of the fan. The fan is one those that stands up on like a pole and turns if you press a button on the back. I thought maybe I was imagining things so I rubbed my eyes to try to clear them. Then I saw that it was still there, but it was no longer a mist. It was like a figure of a person standing,no, more like floating, but it appeared to be a woman. I could tell because she had long black hair, and a very long black dress also the body figure of a man is different from a woman’s.

My aunt Vero was sleeping on the floor with my other 2 cousins right beside the fan. I remember that I didn’t get to see the lady’s face, but I did see what she did. She went right over my aunt and my cousins and went right through the window that was there. Startled, I got up and then was able to see that she made a left turn toward my uncle’s garage. I was so scared that I grabbed my little cousin and hugged her close to me and didn’t let go all night.

The next morning I asked my aunt if she felt anything after I told her what happened, but she said “no.” I told other family members of mine about my experience, but no one believed me. To this day no one believes my story, but I know what I saw and no matter what people say I know that the paranormal exists. I’ve seen it.
