The Red Eyes

When I was younger I spent the summers with my grandparents. They had bought a house in the mid 80′s and remodeled it so it could be lived in again, the house was built in 1920′s by a man named Peoples who lived down the road, he was still alive then but really old I remember my grandmother taking him plates of food on the holidays. He had warned my grandparents about the house. He had told them that it was built on bad ground, although this was never talked about with the kids I only found out about it after both of my grandparents had died, 20 or so years later.

My uncles and aunts had many things happen to them my mom spoke of something holding her down in bed, my uncle Jeff had heard ole time music and could not find the source. The house was on farm land and the noises could not have been neighbors.  …
