Not Who I Was Hoping For

Before I begin with my experience, I should tell you a little more about myself and the house I grew up in…

I have been afraid of the dark since I was a little girl. I always felt like there was something behind me when I was standing in the dark. Sometimes, I could close my eyes and see the hollows of someone’s eyes, not necessarily watching me, just there. Often, I would wake to the sound of something on the carpet, like footsteps. Most of these things happened to me in the house I grew up in but, sometimes,I got the feeling of being watched in other places too. I told my parents, but it worried them.

I learned to shut out those feelings, to stifle the fear that would creep up on me as I grew up. I busied myself with in school with a ton of sports and community service. Eventually, I moved out of the house …

Ever Strange Happenings

I am Vivian. I am sixteen, and do not prevaricate. I have never done so, and I shall tell you the truest tale that I have to tell. This all happened to me, not too long ago.

PLEASE NOTE – I remember everything that happened perfectly. Even our movements. That experience is not very easy to dismiss from my mind. Do not say that I am prevaricating, because I am not.

It was a bright and sunny Saturday. I had gone to my best friend Willow’s house, because we were going to do a few EVPs around her room, and also because we wanted to hang out.

When I got to Willow’s house, I noticed something strange. There was a thick demonic feeling in her driveway, which made me a little nauseous.

Willow greeted me casually, by hugging me and grabbing one of my bags (I was to spend the night), and led me inside once my parents had driven …

My House is a Ghost Playground

Ever since I was a small child, I have always thought that my house is haunted.

When I was younger, my room was upstairs in the two-story house I still live in with my parents. From the beginning I heard footsteps almost every single night around 12:30 coming up the stairs and stopping at my door. Thinking that it was my parents checking on me, I decided one night to try and scare them by jumping out into the hallway. To my surprise, the hall was empty.

After that experience, I moved downstairs into our old dining room that had been converted into a bedroom. One night I couldn’t sleep so I decided to sleep in my parents bed with them. During the middle of the night I woke up and saw a light hovering in the room. With my parents room being in the back of the house, there is no possible way that it could have been a …

Experiencing the Paranormal Since Childhood

I am living with people who have experienced a lot but don’t believe me!

I have experienced the paranormal since I was a child. I grew up in a tenant house in Rochester, New York that had a watcher that would pace the floor upstairs every night, I lived in many houses with friendly entities but never have I lived with rage like I live with here. What I am about to share is what I have lived with since 2000. I have learned to deal with it the best I can.

In 2000 I bought 13 acres of land, huge very old barns and a pond. The property was a heavy equipment repair business in the early 1900s, then the depot for the town road equipment (“town barns”) and lastly a pallet factory. When my son worked here in 1991 he used to come in an hour early every day to charge the forklifts because the batteries were always …
