Psychic Visit Ocean Beach Part 3

Psychic Visit Ocean Beach Part 1
Psychic Visit Ocean Beach Part 2

These were my interpretations of the psychic Alexandra’s revelations during her two visits to my haunted apartment. When Alexandra told me that the male spirit has been with me for 23 years, I realized that was three years after my divorce. Since his girlfriend, the second spirit I was told was haunting me, was born in Wisconsin, was that where he was also from? I wished I had asked Alexandra how he found me.

I also began to think, good grief, Alexandra had told me that the male spirit had been a petty criminal. Was he a member of the mob? In life I would never have associated with him, and even began to feel kind of unsettled knowing he was around. However, a couple of weeks after Alexandra’s second visit, I heard a male voice say “gentleman.” Was this the spirit telling me that he really was …

The Jelly Bean Caper

In my haunted apartment in Ocean Beach, San Diego, I developed a taste for jelly beans as a snack. I used to sit on the end seat of my couch and put the bag of jelly beans on a TV tray next to me. One evening I ate several from the bag and as usual picked out the black ones and sat them on the TV tray next to the partially eaten bag. The next morning, I was going to take the remainder of the bag to work with me, but the half-full bag and even the black jelly beans were not there.  I did a cursory search but did not find them. A couple of days later, I opened the “junk” kitchen drawer where I kept my rubber bands, and lo and behold, kind of buried in the back of the drawer under lots of miscellaneous stuff was the bag of jelly beans with the black ones in it …

Psychic Visit Ocean Beach Part 2

Psychic Visit Ocean Beach Part 1

In addition to what Alexandra, the psychic, had told me about the two spirits present in my apartment in Ocean Beach, she also said there is very, very strong energy coming from the armoire in my hallway. (This was the armoire that when I bought it, the elderly lady I gave my money to told me it was haunted by a prince!) Alexandra also said that two chairs around my dining room table were emanating strong energies. (I also bought them at an antique store.) She said that the vanity in my bathroom had very strong energy (I had been patted on the rear standing in front of it), and also my bathtub (a bottle of shampoo mysteriously made its way from the bottom of the tub to perching half on/half off the side of the tub). She asked the entities not to interfere with my angels.

She said that ghosts will gravitate to …

Psychic Visit Ocean Beach Part 1

After the sledgehammer sounds in my previous residence and so many poltergeist activities in my apartment in Ocean Beach, I decided I wanted to find out who the spirit was that was haunting me and what it wanted. I went through the phone book and found Alexandra, a parapsychologist who is also a psychic in San Diego. She founded the Alexandra Institute, which is an organization which studies paranormal phenomena, and owns Alexandra’s Bookstore about two miles from my apartment.

I made an appointment and Alexandra arrived on Friday evening, April 16, 1999. She asked to be left alone as she went through my apartment room by room, and when she was finished she would turn on the porch light. I went across the street and sat at a picnic table in full view of my apartment.

When I returned about an hour and a half later, did she have news for me! She was sitting very quietly on my …

Helpful Ghosts

I was renting a house in San Diego with Kiko, whom I had met at work.  After about two weeks we realized that our morning schedule wasn’t working out… one of us was getting ready for work at the same time the other wanted to get into the bathroom to shower. So one evening we sat down and worked out a schedule. He would get up earlier, shower, shave and do whatever else men do in the bathroom in the morning, then when he was done it would be my turn. We went to bed feeling good that we had worked it out.

The next morning I awakened early and heard Kiko get up, heard the shower running, then later walk through the hallway past my closed bedroom door to the kitchen. All of a sudden, from above my bedroom door, came what I call whispers on the wind. It sounded like a chorus of about 10 people whispering together, …

Poltergeist Activity in Ocean Beach

Ocean Beach on the outskirts of San Diego… This was the place where I experienced most poltergeist activity.

One morning I found that the end of the belt on my robe was wet, so I threw it over my shower curtain rod to dry.  Later I hopped in the tub to take my shower, closed the shower curtain, noted the robe belt hanging there and pitched it over the rod onto the floor.  After my shower I put on my robe, looked around for the belt which I expected to be on the floor, but one end was threaded through a belt loop on my robe!

Another morning when I placed a bottle of shampoo on the side of the bathtub after I finished washing my hair in the shower, it fell into the tub and I just said phooey, I’ll leave it there and pick it up tomorrow morning when I shower again.  Later that day I found the …

Ghostly Alarm Clock

The most haunted place I’ve live in was an apartment in Ocean Beach, on the outskirts of San Diego. At 3:30 one morning, I was just beginning to awaken to make a bathroom trip, when all of a sudden it sounded like someone took a heavy wooden slat and slammed it against the wall above my headboard as hard as they could. It startled me to the point that I jumped up and my heart started to beat hard and fast. I was very aggravated and since I felt I had developed a relationship with the spirits who seemed to follow me from place to place, I verbally told them that I have to get up and go to work early in the morning, that this was not acceptable, that I wish to be awakened only in case of emergency, that I already knew they were there so they didn’t have to remind me in the middle of the night, …

Beeps from Nowhere

In the year that my friend and I rented the haunted house in San Diego, about four times as I awakened in the morning, I would hear what sounded like three very, very faint beeps in my ear, like the sound a garbage truck makes when it is backing up. Then, without warning or the volume increasing slowly, suddenly the beeps would be about 85 decibels and be so loud and startle me so much that I would jump up to a sitting position in bed! Once I was in a sitting position, they would stop.

My friend and I were sitting on the couch watching TV about 9:00 one night, windows and doors closed so I know the sound did not echo from somewhere else, when from the corner above and behind the TV came about 5 very loud beeps, like the ones I had been hearing in my ear. We looked at each other, then got up and …

Ghostly Warnings or Not?

About 11 years ago, I moved into a nice condo in San Diego. The day I moved in, I was instructed to see the resident manager to sign a copy of the condo association rules and regulations. She was an elderly, very nice lady named Helen.

I am prone to hear sounds/words in my half awake/half asleep state (HAHA state) in the mornings. About three mornings after meeting Helen, I heard a woman’s voice in my ear say “Helen.”  Hmmm, I wondered, is my spirit referring to Helen, whom I just met?  About three mornings later, I heard the same woman’s voice say “murder.” Oh no!  Since it was the same voice and came so soon after I heard the name Helen, I connected the two and thought I was being warned that Helen was going to be murdered!

Three mornings later came the word “Ramon.” Well, in San Diego 34% of the population is Hispanic, and every gardener is …

Haunted House in San Diego

A friend and I rented a house in a nice neighborhood in San Diego, the houses appearing to be about 15 years old. Two weeks after moving in, she was out for the evening and I was in the living room alone watching TV. All of a sudden I heard what sounded like two or more people with huge, heavy sledgehammers hitting the outside brick wall of the kitchen over and over again with all of their might. My eyes got really big as I stood in the middle of the kitchen floor staring at the wall. There was a door half-way down the wall which led outside to the driveway, but I was glued to the spot and couldn’t move to turn on the outside light, and for some reason didn’t think to call 911.

I began wondering if perhaps I had been wrong and there were hoodlums in the neighborhood and they decided to scare their new neighbors …

Spirit Screaming in Horrendous Pain

Ten years ago, I moved into a condo in San Diego. Three months into my residence there, as I was awakening one morning, in my Half Asleep/Half Awake state (I call it my HA-HA state), coming from the side of the bed next to me was a man’s voice screaming in what sounded like unbearable pain. This was full on loud, like he was really there next to me. I had never to that point heard such a sound of being tortured or even maybe of being burned alive, even in the movies. I don’t see how a person could ever mimic such a horrible sound. Instead of being afraid, I felt a wave of sadness that this man’s spirit was still on earth suffering. So I did what I have seen on TV – I spoke to the spirit and told him that he didn’t have to keep suffering, but to look for the bright light and head for …

My Best Friend Changed

Monday morning, I cant remember the date, but we didn’t have school. My best friend Julio and other friend Danny came to pick me up without letting me know in advance. Until that day I did not know that my best friend knew how to drive, he first took us to eat breakfast at Danny’s house and played some PlayStation 3. As soon as we were done we went joy riding all the way up to a Disneyland looking church in Oakland California. We went up there and took some pictures because of the nice views of the city, after that we were supposed to go to Alameda Beach, but he crashed on High street.

Before he crashed (I’m going to tell you how he crashed) we were talking about girlfriends and making fun of Danny for not having one. This is a day I will never forget… Julio looked at me and told me you know you are my …
