Is my house haunted?
I am a huge believer when it comes to people seeing ghosts and other paranormal activities so now I wanted to know if anyone could help me with the answers to my experiences. I don’t remember if I had any weird experiences when I was younger but now that I’m 19 I’m starting to see and hear things.
One night I was in the kitchen getting a drink when I got a sudden urge to look over to my left. When I looked over I saw what appeared to be a little girl standing in the hall that led to the bathroom and my bedroom. She was wearing a red dress with a white shirt and pigtails. But when I went to take a closer look she was gone! I saw her one more time in my room where she ran in but disappeared before she reached my closet.
Another incident was when I was sitting in my living room late one night watching TV when I happened to look in my hall and saw a woman leaving my bathroom. At first I thought it was my mom because he room is right across from the bathroom. But this woman was tall and had long hair whereas my mom is kind of short and has short hair.
I also tend to get this uneasy feeling by my aunt’s room which is next to the basement. When I turn my back to her room I get the feeling that I am being watched. but of course when I turn around there’s no one there. I have also just been standing somewhere in my house and seen people standing behind me out the corner of my eye, even when I’m home alone.
I have also tried to possibly debunk these situations but there are really no answers because no little girls live in my house and no tall people with long hair live in my house. I have no idea if I’m just imagining things or if I really do have “visitors” in my house

How old is your house? If it is fairly old, you could be seeing spirits of people who lived there before you. Sounds like a residual haunting where the spirits do what they did when they were alive, and they don’t even know you exist….or if they do see you, they evidently mean you no harm.
Honestly I really have no idea how old my house is. I just know my grandma has lived here since i’ve been born. Also I dont know how to go about doing research about my house. But i do think you could be right about it being a residual haunting, And they always go by so fast they probably dont have the time to notice me
Are you scared? I have heard a little girl crying and calling for her mommy in my yard twice at night. I have no neighbors! It’s just so scarey.I haven’t seen her,my husband tried to take our dog to go over to see but he bit him when he tried to pull him to where we heard her.
By the way,the second time she was heard by my whole family which includes me,my husband and our 6 kids. Oh,and our bulldog!
Sometimes I do get scared especially when I’m awake late at night by myself or when I’m home alone. My aunt has even claimed to see shadows moving around our house especially when no one is there! But wow your story would have definitely scared me
I have seen a white mist or fog in my bed room mirror. I hear peope walking towards my room when I am asleep. I heard some call my name right before the white mist appeared in the mirror. This morning I hearing my husband getting ready for work and I’m still in bed trying to sleep a few minutes later I see that the living room light is on and my husband is there, well all af a sudden I hear him walking towards the room and I see the top of his hair and it’s curly. I call to him and then I hear the front door close . My husband had just left to go to work and what I saw was not him,he doesn’t even have curly hair. This was at 5:15 in the morning so I just decide I would get up and stay up!!! I know what you are going through, I think I am going through the same thing!! I am 40 years old and I have always had strange things happen to me. Now that I am older I would love tolearn more about this.
Hi Chanesse , don’t scare these that you described are not dangerous things. of course it is slightly hard that you tolerate these things in the house and around you and your family but they don’t want hurt you therefore don’t scare they are not wild spirits. if you are uneasy
well, you can change your location and go to a newer house in a more populous situation. Anyway don’t scare and rule on your mind and nerves. it is not matter at all be calm and busy yourself to some usual work and womanly hobbies and focus on that work. for a while avoid of privacy and try to be beside your family , talk more and think less. Don’t attempt go to bath for shower at night. keep a scissors in your housecoat pocket and if you want go to a room but became frightened of an unknown thing keep that scissors in your hand and get in strong and don’t scare. they probably will disappear from your house soon
