Ghost Stories & Paranormal Encounters

The house that I lived in all my life until my parents got divorced in 2008 is a strange place, my father still lives there as he refused to sell the house when my mom left that July. The house was built over a piece of ground called in South Africa a “veldt” loosely translated as field.

Things Started happening in my bedroom when I was around ten (I’m fifteen now), some activity might have taken place before then but I don’t remember. Then one night I woke up to a bright light in my bedroom, there was a person standing inside the light, the person reached out their hand to me and I got up out of bed to walk towards the hand. The closer I moved the smaller the light became until I got close enough to touch the hand.

As our hands met, and I say met because this manifestation felt solid, something passed into my palm. My mother came into my room and the manifestation vanished. My mother came in because she heard me screaming which I still don’t remember doing.

The next morning I woke up with a piece of amber in my hand, that I think, is what passed between the manifestation and me. Since then the corner in my room where I first saw the ghost is always cooler then the rest of my room.

Nothing happened since then until a few nights ago when the light reappeared. This time it came up to me and touched my leg, it then did something I was not expecting, it cut me with what seemed to be a razor blade. I tried to reach for my light switch and it wouldn’t turn on, this time I did scream and my dad came into the room. The manifestation disappeared just as before leaving just the razor blade behind this time. Anything of this nature only happens in my room, does anybody know  what I’m dealing with? Is it dangerous?
