Singing and Crying Lady in My House

Posted on April 29, 2011

Let me start with I been living in this home for 30 years and it’s a new home then no one else has ever lived in this house but us. It’s been about 30 years now.

I just had taken a shower and walking to my room when my dad calling me from the living. He wanted to know if my daughter needed anything from the kitchen because he heard her singing in there quick sometime now. I went to the kitchen and no one was there. I told him maybe she already went back to her room. He said he would of seen her and did not and doesn’t remember seeing her going to the kitchen. The living room is in the middle, one side the kitchen has to pass the living room one way to go to the bedrooms. OK I went to my daughters room and asked her if she was in the kitchen awhile ago and she was in the phone and said no not yet. I told my dad and he said he heard it clearly someone a female was singing in the kitchen and moving things around. I did not say anything at that time. I just let it go.

That was my dad ok. Now I get up to go to the bathroom and the hall door which goes to the living room to the kitchen was closed and we never even close that door ever. I saw light in my daughters room so I knew she was still up and I went to ask her if she was the one who closed the door. She said yes, I asked her why. She said she was tired of hearing the lady cry and move around the living so she just closed the door. I told her when did it start. She told it’s been a while but she did not want to tell me because it has to be something else. She does not want to believe in spirits or ghost. Her solution was closing the door and pretending she was not hearing anything.

I went back to bed thinking about what my daughter told me and what my dad heard that day in the kitchen.
My mom told me if anything was wrong or if my daughter was having boyfriend problems. I told her no why. She said she heard someone crying at night and she thought it was me or my daughter and this was two days ago at 3:00 am. Now that she knows it’s not us she got up when she heard the crying again at night and checked me and my daughter and we were asleep. When she was getting close to the living room the crying stopped. She told me she did not sleep that night at all. The following night she heard the crying again but this time just to make sure she was hearing it she woke up my dad and he said he heard it to.

All of this time it’s been my daughter, mom and dad who heard the crying and singing but not me. I did not know what to think at this point. The night before last I heard a door open and closed so loud it woke me up and scared me. No one else heard it so I thought because no one else got up but me. I got the phone and called 911. I thought someone was breaking into my home. I did not hear my dogs bark and that was strange because they bark at everything that moves. Literally…

I heard it again and again about three times but I did not hear any footsteps. I thought they killed my dogs that is why they were not barking. The cops came and they found nothing. No force entry in the door or foot prints nothing. My mom said she heard the doors also but she felt her body so heavy she could not get up or make a sound to scream out. It might of been out of fright. We went back to sleep but I could not sleep just thinking of what could all of this mean and why now.

Last night it was late and I did not want to go to sleep to try to see if I hear the crying that night or anything else. It was 3:00 am and I know I was tired and very sleep I could feel my eyelids heavy but I could see white mist moving in my room but because I was fighting sleep I am not sure if I really saw them or not only the feeling of fear when I saw it and not wanting to fall asleep because I was afraid they were going to get me at least that was what I was thinking at that time that I saw several almost like people moving around my room but not noticing me being there. I don’t know what to think about this. What do you think is happening and why?
