I’m in my mid 30s. About two years ago I moved in with my girlfriend to a house, right away I felt like if something was following me around. It was a two story home and all the time as I left early to work I would get goose bumps all over my body all the way to the front door.
Also on approximately 10 times I had sleep paralysis, but never thought of anything it was scary at times but I would pray in my mind and it would go away rather quickly.
On one day as I was leaving to work as I was going down the stairs I didn’t felt that presence following me. I felt so relieved, but as I was about to open the door the goose bumps flared up from head to toes and as I opened the door I noticed a dark human figure looking right into the trunk of my car. We made face contact, then this shadow turned around and took three steps and just vanished into thin air.
Before that incident I was watching TV and my dog was lying by my feet and he started to follow something with his head then got up and followed it to the base of the stairs and began barking violently for about 30 seconds and stopped then went back to where he was sleeping by my feet.
Since then I moved to another house and no more sleep paralysis or goose bumps or anything that I cannot explain.

thats weird,i wonder what the spirt wanted in your trunk?never heard of that.at least you never got hurt.as anything like that happened to your girlfriend?thanks for the story.
she heard weird noises ,but never had the experinces that i had. well the only thing i could think of the trunk of the car is that i1m a police officer and we experience alot of death.
do you think all sleep paralysis is because something is doing that to you? im not sure,man i hope not cause i sometimes get it too.
i had sleep paralysis one time and my dog was sleeping right by my feet. I had my door closed to my room and the blinds to, the room was pitch black. when i woke i seen some thing blacker than anything i had seen before. i was stuck in bed and i was scared to death, i had try to say God but i could only say Go. the figure was like a cloud moving side to side above my doorway, i could see it staring at me waiting for something. i managed to break free from the paralysis and i turned on the lights and nothing was there, my dog was just laying there wondering what just happened.
