Ghost Stories & Paranormal Encounters

When I was about 8 – 9 years old I’d moved states we had lived in our new house for about 4 weeks before a summer storm hit, it came out of nowhere I freaked when it hit.

Mum, dad, my sisters and I were eating dinner I’d just finished suddenly the lights went out I walked in to the kitchen and tried to turn them back on and nothing “mum the lights are out” I said “can you get the matches then” she asked me. I grabbed the matches from the kitchen bench and suddenly BANG coming from the end of the hall way I looked down the hall way but nothing, nothing was they, mum came to see what I  was freaking about she took the matches off me and said it was nothing.

Later that night my baby sister Charliee was crawling are the living room, I pick her up and put her in a little bed on the floor then walked into the back room to get her favorite toy. You see her bedroom is like separate from everyone else’s, it was a study but since we needed another room that was hers. I come out of there and mum and dad are outside watching the damages to a our property.

It was about 11 O’clock and my sisters were asleep on the floor and cause we hadn’t found a school for me yet I didn’t have school the next day anyway. Then again BANG BANG BANG coming from my bedroom so I grab a candle from the table and slowly walk down the hall into my room, and in my room I saw a shadow I thought it might be mum or dad and I’m like “mum dad is that you?” the shadow didn’t look like any of my parents when it turned around it looked like I had shocked it. A cold breeze blow though me and my candle went out and the shadow disappeared suddenly the light came back on.

About 4 – 5 years later I was 13 and walking down my drive way the bus had just dropped me home. It was bucking down it was my second week in term 4 of grade 8 and hearing footsteps behind me but every time I turned around there was no-one there. I got to the end of the drive when I saw a shadow sitting on the computer chair… so where I am now… I thought it might me one of my sisters Charliee was now 6 and Tay was 10, so they were often on there, then I noticed no-one was home. There was a note on the door saying: there is a key under the mat. I walked in side and this website was up on the internet I’d never seen it before and it was open to a story (I can’t remember what it was about). And suddenly I saw a shadow running down the hall.

I grabbed the phone and call my best friend but no-one answered so I grabbed the recorder that had been left there I’d never seen before it was recording I played it back and said “I’ll be back every storm” and everything else that had happened till I stopped it. I screamed and tried to call my mum but nothing the phone line cut out.

This actually happened and every storm I’ve ever been in I’ve seen that same shadow…
