Room Haunted With Sad Energy

Posted on May 19, 2009

I use to believe that ghosts were just a figment of our imagination. That we made our selves think that there was more after we died. But what I have seen and experienced these past couple of years changed my mind.

My name is Naomy and I am 17 years old. I live in a small apartment with my five siblings (my dad, little sister, big sister, my niece, and brother in law) a normal family with normal problems until my dad told us that he had seen a little ghost boy run through the hall way. I really didn’t pay much attention to it since I thought my dad was just trying to scare us. But what happened later on the next day I could not explain.

My brother had moved out when I took his room. He had always said that the room was haunted but I didn’t believe him since he never saw anything. All he would say is that he would feel something negative in that room like something trying to hurt him. He said sometimes he felt a sad energy so sad that sometimes it made him wanna cry but I didn’t care much, I just thought it was all in his mind.

That night that I slept there was the worst feeling I ever had. At first I just had the urge to throw stuff. I felt like hitting anything or anyone it was as if I was mad at my self for something that I didn’t do. Afterward I just started to cry. I felt so sad like I had lost something or maybe because I was so mad that I couldn’t stop what was going to happen.

But that wasn’t the worst feeling. After that I felt hot, really hot like I was burning. I felt like I was on fire. I did the only thing I could think of, I started to scream. I screamed and screamed. I felt the fire burning through my flesh. I could smell human flesh being burnt. I thought the house was on fire. My dad came into my room and started to wake me up. I couldn’t believe that I was actually sleeping. It all felt so real. The smell, the feeling but one thing that I couldn’t explain was that loud cry coming from a baby like she was feeling the same way.

The next few nights were the same only now I could see people; a dad, a boy and a baby girl. I could see them arguing. The dad blaming the baby for the mothers death and the little boy trying to stop the dad. The next night would be the same and the next and the next and so on and so forth. But there was one particular night that I would never forget.

    What next?
    What about that particular night?
U just left me in great suspense, there should be more.
This story is incomplete, doesn’t make any sense!

Did you make a grammatical mistake, when saying ”but THERE was one particular night I’d never forget”?
    Did you mean ”That”?
Or is there a second part?

  3. AJ says:

Hmmm………waiting in suspense. You got my attention. :)

  4. Jackie says:

    Is there a part two?

  5. Melisa says:

Did you see those people in your dream? What is the connection of those people and the burning feeling you feel in that room? what else did you see??

Please explain it. Your story is interesting, but the ending is kind of not clear, so please write part 2 ^^

very interesting sounds like there was some tragic history to that place

Sounds like the boy wanted to protect the baby and i’m guessing the feeling of loss and sadness was because maybe the dad killed the baby, that’s a stretch i know. Maybe the boy despaired b/c he couldn’t stop the fire that burnt them all ?
