My story starts August 24 2000. My mother, Alma, had a friend to come over and we where sitting around talking about dying. I know, I don’t like talking about Death, but any way my mom looked over at us and said that she would be dead before this weekend was over.
I said, “Mom don’t say that, God will take you when he is ready”.
Mom said, “I know I’m dying”.
The very next on the 25th of August my mother was feeling good all day. At around 8.30 that night my mother told me that she was going to take a bath and we would talk when she was done.
Mom came into the living room and sat down and said, “I’m going to die soon”. I said to her that I thought that she was going crazy. Well she just looked at me and said, “Sharon, when I die I will give you a sign that I’m all right”.
So after that she went to bed and within an hour I found my mother in a coma. On Saturday, August 26, 2000 at 8:30 am my mother passed away. After she was put away, I guess it was three days later, I had been feeling bad and went to bed at 12:00 AM. I must have fallen asleep because the phone woke me up. When I answered the phone, there was nothing but static so I hung up the phone. It happened three more times, so I called the operator and she said that I had no incoming calls. I still believe it was my mother.
I know that people might think I’m crazy but I don’t care.
