Ghost Stories & Paranormal Encounters

Well I don’t know if I have psychic paranormal abilities but something has been tormenting me since I was very young. I am 22 years old and have 2 beautiful daughters who I believe possess the same abilities.

I’m terrified of the dark because I see things or shadows, never full faces but they’re there, as well as in the day. I’ve been places where I wont go near a certain spot because I get the feeling there’s something bad. I’m constantly checking behind me because I feel something is there. It gets to the point that I am almost in tears and my stomach is so upset because I’m so scared. I find myself running up the porch stairs at night or the basement stairs.

When I was younger I would walk about a mile from my cousins to my house mostly in the dark and I would walk down the middle of the road because I would see things. I used to sleep with my door open and a light on through my teenage years and I still sleep with the TV on as do my girls.

When you are physically sick because you feel a presence obviously its not natural.

My youngest daughter, 3, has the same feelings as I do and will get freaked out by something she sees out of no where, she starts crying and will literally try to climb up me because she is scared. My oldest daughter, 4, has told me about a little girl named Hannah, she plays with in her room.

I try to be brave and strong for my girls and tell myself to grow up, 22 year old women are not afraid of the dark, you don’t see ghosts. I don’t know what else to do or where to turn. Is this paranoia or do I possess psychic paranormal abilities?
