My Poor Cats

Well my story is simple, but still a little unnerving. I have lived at my present home since 2005. There have been a couple of strange things, but nothing overly worrying.

I’ll give you a little background on the place I live. It’s a very quiet trailer-park just off of a main road in my town.  My dad moved his trailer in after he divorced my mom. He rented there for a few years when a tragic boating accident cost the owners their lives.  My father decided to buy the property and trailers off of the late owners children. Ghosts in My Apartment

I have many experiences in my old apartment. When I was in 5th grade, my dad lost his job so we had to move into a 4-plex. For the first few months, everything went normal. But in the summer things started to get a little bit weird. I hated the basement. I always felt uneasy and dread down there and that’s where I had to do laundry as one of my chores. One day, while I was doing laundry I felt as if someone or something was staring me down. I kept looking over my shoulder to see nothing was there. It startled me. I finally had the courage to take off for the stairs.

Happenings in My Sisters Room

These stories that I’m about to tell are stories my sister and grandmother have told me that have happened to them all occurring in my sisters old room (which happens to be mine now).

Way before my sister moved out at the age of 15, from the house we still live in my sister always told my mother how something was in her room. Now things didn’t always happen, but when they did it was usually on occasion.

The way my sister had her room arranged was that there were two windows in her room and her bed was in the middle of both of them. My sister told me that one night while she was sleeping she suddenly had this urge to open her eyes, so when she opened her eyes (she was facing one of the windows) she saw what looked like a skeleton dressed in some overall’s with hair up in a ponytail looking out the window. …

Grandfather and Other Spirits in Our Home

On November 2, 2008, my grandfather Raymond Lozano passed away. He was an Air Force veteran as well as a grandfather of eight. I am the oldest. I am 17 years old. My family has always believed in the paranormal. We have several spirits that reside in our home, but fear not, they are our deceased family members and pets. Need Advice on Dealing with Ghosts

Ok. My name is Bridget and I’m 14 years of age. And ever since I can remember, I’ve had paranormal experiences.

When I was about 10, I would hear these strange noise underneath my bed, like a jingling almost. I know it was not my ears because they were perfectly healthy at the time. I would just lie in my bed an listen to them. Of course my parents never heard the jingling so they didn’t believe me. After a while, I refused to sleep in that room. So I traded with one of my younger sisters. She never heard them.

Tale of Alleged Lycanthropy in West Virginia

Although this did not happen to me directly, it is an account that has been talked about on my mother’s side of the family for years. My grandmother had told this to my mother and my mother likewise passed it down to me. I would have normally dismissed such a tale as merely a family fable passed on from generation to generation as many families do. However, all the other myths familiar to my family are recognized as just that. This story was received a very different treatment, my grandmother was always embarrassed to talk about it for fear of being suspected a lunatic or simply ridiculed for what others might presume to be feeble mindedness for believing such superstitions. Paranormal Encounters Since Age One

My name is Chuck Sanchez. I’ve been interested in the paranormal due to my experiences with seeing and hearing the unexplained starting when I was a child in my baby crib. I can remember theses things because they were very traumatic for me at the time. I have been interested in the paranormal ever since, however didn’t really get on the bandwagon with investigating the paranormal until around 15 years ago. Loon Lake Washington

Hello out there! Jim, again. 2005 to 2007 my wife and my son lived in Loon Lake Washington, well I was there too. Our first place, have you ever seen anything out of the corner of your eye? You turn to look and you see a bug or the corner of the curtains moving in the a/c vent or whatever. But what about the times you can’t find a reason for seeing..something. The Haunting of a Mormon Missionary in Ecuador

In 2001 I was serving a Mormon mission in Guayaquil, Ecuador. As you might know, missionaries are paired up in twos and are called companionships. My particular companion at this time was a young guy from Chile. We lived in a little two level home made of cinder blocks and cement just on the outskirts of a small town near Guayaquil. We lived on the lower level. My companion had lived in this home for a couple of months before I moved in, and at this time, I had moved in 2 months prior.

As you may know, missionaries have a very strict schedule and our schedule consisted of a “companionship study” every morning from 7:00 am to 8:00 am. During this time, we studied the lessons we taught, and I, being from North America, studied Spanish with him.

Was it Paranormal or My Imagination?

I’ve always believed in ghost and such since I was little. I have had a few experiences with them or at least something paranormal. Other than seeing the shadow people which I have wrote about in my other story. [ The Ghost Runner ], I have seen and experienced other things.

One night I was in my room trying to sleep. I was about 6, 7 or 8. I was sleeping and I got this uncomfortable feeling. So I hid under my covers (of course) and I had paper on my floor and I heard It fly like across the floor and I don’t know what could have cause it cause my fan was off. I had these necklaces hanging from my closet door handle and they started like hitting the closet like there was wind or something and I got like really freaked and started sweating and having like a panic attack. I eventually fell asleep.

Working Night Shift in a Care Home

They’re Never Really Gone

I work night shifts in a care home. I start at 8 pm and finish at 8 am, and a lot of unusual things have been seen there whilst working the night shift. Here are just a few.

Only the other night my friend had said she would make us a cup of tea to have on our break. I was in the staff room. As I came out of the staff room I was walking down the corridor to the kitchen area and I saw someone walk into the kitchen. I thought nothing of it as I thought it was just my friend who had gone in there to make the tea. I got there about 3 seconds later only to find nobody there. The kitchen is a dead end by the way so there is nowhere else for anybody to disappear to.
