I chose this title for my story because I have had quite a deal of paranormal experiences since the age of 9! I drew a picture of Christ at the age of 15. By 16 I placed the picture in the window of my bedroom after having strange things happen to the picture and to me in the presence of it. I’ve always been intrigued with studying the Mayan calendar. My studies have brought me to learn that the Mayan myth never believed 2012 was the end of the world. It was NEVER deemed as a doomsday theory, that is ONLY what modern people today have warped it into. This is my first ghost story that I have ever written on this website so I hope I’m doing this right. When I was a little girl around 3 years of age, I was sent to Thailand where my grandmother was since my parents were too busy to look after me.

Black Shadow Figure with Red Eyes

Right now I’m 18 but back when I was 15 I think I may have had a very scary experience with a shadow figure. It was daytime and my sister and I were in our room with the lights out to see a glow in the dark bracelet (we have aluminum windows so the room gets very dark).

Shadow People and Sleep Paralysis

I’m in my mid 30s. About two years ago I moved in with my girlfriend to a house, right away I felt like if something was following me around. It was a two story home and all the time as I left early to work I would get goose bumps all over my body all the way to the front door.

Alicia Comes to Lunch a Samhain Experience

It is the season of Samhain, “summers end” to the Celts, All Hallows, All Souls, Day of the Dead. How interesting that there is awareness at this time that is in many cultures that it is the time when the veil between this world and the next is thin. Several years ago a very dear friend of mine passed away. She passed away in August, but she didn’t want to be memorialized until that Samhain (technically it’s 15 degrees into Scorpio, sometime in early November, although usually celebrated Oct 31). Alicia had a very serious illness, but she loved life and especially enjoyed going out to eat for Chinese, Thai or Indian food.

I need to know what I’m searching for

Please I need your help! I have been trying on my own for years, but I can’t seem to find what I’m looking for. I am looking for a true story probably an old legend ranging from (most likely) the feudal era to the early 1900′s. I know it is a large range, but I just don’t know when the story takes place or in what country/region.

The story involves a young girl running from a deadly attacker into a forest on a rainy night. The rain in the story is described as so thick you can hardly see through it. The girl ends up in a small clearing of trees where she is almost killed by her attacker. Our Strange Occurrences at the Crescent Hotel

My friend and I stayed this past weekend in room 213. We had several things happen while we were there. Odd things that occurred and left us believing for sure that there is some type of paranormal activity that resides at the Crescent.

The first thing we had happen – We were ready to leave for town, or a little shopping – this was on October 1st. I had laid my camera beside my purse on the bed. True Love Ghosts in Ohio Farmhouse

There’s an old farmhouse in Ohio that contains a sad yet scary story. This home was picture perfect, a perfect little two story home, way back of the road with a lot of acreage and a barn and sheds.

After moving into the home I realized something wasn’t quite right, not horrifying, just a weird feeling. After a few weeks one night when sleeping and was awoken by this creaking noise so I got up to see what it was. I was half asleep when this happened so I might skip some things, and its a short story.

I was typing on my computer around 12 I was tired and sleepy. I turned it off around 12:40. As I laid down on my bed, I quickly fell asleep. Around 1:00AM I woke up but I was still half asleep. Hey, before this story I want to give you a little intro of my self. I’m a Korean American, and I lived in China, Beijing for 3 years (currently I’m in Singapore). My first year in China, my mom had hired a Chinese tutor, she was really nice and sweet (I would also say hot) girl in her 20s who was a bit ‘fragile’ and this will be the story that she told me.

I always enjoyed ghost stories often, and I nagged my tutor to keep telling me some. My maid (aiyi as the Chinese would call it) did not really believe her, but did always comment on people who sees ghosts are rather ‘weak’ and ‘fragile’ (like my tutor).
