Was This Old Baby Cradle Haunted?

This didn’t happen to me, it happened to my boyfriend, Mason, when he was just born. Even to this day, this is the freakiest ghost story I have ever heard of.

Mason was just a little boy barely even a year old. Being only under a year old, he slept a lot and because his mother was usually tending to household chores, he slept in his cradle. The cradle he had was fairly old but still in great condition. It was wooden and nicely polished. It was a pin and lock cradle, which means you could rock your baby to sleep and put a pin in to stop the cradle from moving if your baby moves around.

I Have Seen Two Ghosts

I have only ever seen two ghosts. The first time when I was living in my mother’s two bedroom flat. I was about three years old then, but I can remember this as vividly as if it were yesterday.

It was late, and everyone was in bed, and I had woken up to go to the toilet. I had the bathroom light on, and the bathroom door a bit open because it would never close. My Daughter Sees Things I Can’t

My name is Becca. I have a 9 year old daughter who I love very much. But there is something quite wrong… in her spare time, she acts like somebody is in her room and she talks to them. Thursday 19th August 2010, I was on my way to Nottingham, England to stay with my grandma. I’ve been staying here since I was a little girl but I have always felt the need to look over my shoulder and stare into the dark corners, even though nothing odd had happened to me in that house, yet.

Hooded Ghost Figure of New Cut Road

I had almost forgotten about this occurrence, and only reminded of it sometime on driving down a particular piece of road but there seems to be similar sightings across the UK of large hooded figures.

It the early hours of New Years day 1996/1997, I had finished work in a nightclub and a friend of mine picked me up, probably around 2 am. Neither of us had been drinking and I should point out I reserve judgment on the paranormal. It was a crisp night and was lightly snowing on a bypass called New Cut Road, approximately a three mile stretch of road with barriers either side, hilly ground on the oncoming traffic (drivers) side and the passengers consisted of a banking slope and trees further away from the roadside.

My Guardian Angel Or Something Else?

First off, I want to start this off by saying I’m going to post this in several places, so that I can try to figure this all out.

My name is Serenity, and I live in California. I’m not super religious, but I believe in God, and in heaven, where our loved ones go when they pass on. I believe there is a place where evil people go, that I’m sure of. My family is Catholic, but I was never baptized, and I never went to a real mass (Or one that I can remember, anyway.)

Spirits Talking to My Boyfriend?

Lately, there have been many strange things happening and before I tell you about my experience… or rather, my boyfriend’s experience, I’m going to give some background on the situation.

My father died 6 years ago on February 21, 2005. His death anniversary was a couple days ago. My boyfriend had a brother, his parents had triplets but only two of the boys survived, the third one died shortly after birth. I cannot see, hear, or feel ghosts at all other than a few occurrences I’ve had recently and in the past but none of them have been my daddy. Highland Haunting in West Virginia

Ever since I was small child, I’ve always been interested in ghosts and the paranormal, and I’ve studied the topics for several years. I believe that is why I was so interested in the following story; which was told to me by and old acquaintance. According to her, years ago there was a woman named Serilda Jane Wetzel. She lived in Morgan, a small community just outside of Mannington. The residence of the community accuse of her being a witch, and because of the fear of the unknown and willful ignorance that seemed to run ramped at that time, they supposedly boiled the poor woman alive.

Following her death she, she was buried in Highland cemetery. The cemetery is located deep in the woods near an old church. Unlike the other graves, the town’s people placed her grave facing toward sunset instead of sunrise. They also carved a stairway, supposedly, leading down to hell into its marble surface. This was …
