Haunted Old Dutch School in Bandung Indonesia

I’m going to tell a story about a haunted school which has been very popular for so long in the city where I live: Bandung, Indonesia. The building was built on early 1900s (when my country was still occupied by the Dutch colonial) and used to be “Hogere Burger School (HBS)”, a school built by the Dutch government and only Dutch kids could attend this prestigious school.

In 1916, a tragedy happened when a 16-year-old Dutch girl named Nancy did a suicide by jumping up from the second floor and hit the stairs. She died instantly. Rumors spread that she was upset because her parents forbid her to get involve with a local guy, called Inlander (Indonesian), and they got angry when they found out she was sleeping with him. Some people said that she was pregnant at that time.

The Strange Kids in My Bedroom

My story takes place in my old house in Topeka, Kansas. We had moved in when I was about 2 years old. Nothing at all out of the ordinary had happened to me until one night I awoke in my bedroom in the middle of the night. I then saw three figures in my bedroom, one girl on the edge of my bed, one boy leaning against my wall, and one trying to get something off of my dresser. Concerns For Myself and Family

Hello, my name is Kandi. My family and I are recently living in a home with abnormal things happening. Recently moving to Missouri from Oregon. Being in this home for 3 months.

Things started to occur in our 1st week of being here. Food thrown at myself twice while preparing meals. Shells being moved on microwave. A black shadow (large in size). On occasions a light follows with this shadow.

My 22 year old son has been touched on his backside while in bed. Myself being poked in side while getting ready in the bathroom. Back door opening, letting 1 of our dogs out. The door from garage into house getting locked… locking me out of my home. Things bouncing off wall, sounds like a pebble or coin. Nothing to be found on floor. As well my husband one day. While in the kitchen. Had something hit his backside, also sounding as a rock feel to the floor… nothing found.…

Recurring Thoughts and Frequent Dreams

Well, my question is about the possible meaning of thoughts I have (often) and dreams I seem to have almost every night.

I had a boyfriend once, when I was 15 until I was 18. It was an abusive (emotionally/mentally) relationship, and I was too young/naive, whatever, to leave him. Then he dumped me out of the blue, destroyed me inside for years.

I managed to recover some of myself a year or so later, but not without always feeling like I wanted to be the me I used to be, not necessarily with him, but that by this whole ordeal, he had somehow destroyed me and I couldn’t get her back…(I had self-abusive behavioural problems after that).

Then a few years later even (no boyfriends/girlfriends in the time between, plenty of interest but no matches) I had started maybe feeling like me, but always lapsing into a depression/anxiety about wanting to be the carefree me who loved life, and …

The Demon Walking Near the Stickney Mansion

I had always known about the Stickney Mansion in Woodstock Illinois. I had visited as a teenager in 1983. The Mansion had at one time had a boy hang himself in the Mansion. The parents of the boy did séances trying to talk to their son.

The mansion was frequented by teenagers looking for a ghost. I never did see anything on the few occasions I drove by the mansion. I was fearful driving down near the Mansion it had large spooky trees and their weren’t too many houses built there.

The Stickney Mansion had an iron gate and had all round corners. The house is located in Bull Valley Illinois. It was known to be haunted. In 1984 my brother died in a car accident pretty close to the haunted mansion. He died on Fleming Road a few miles near the mansion.

Something in the Basement

This I think is one of my most creepiest experiences I have ever had.

About four years ago I was about 16 years old, I was at a house party at a friends house there was quite a few people there. We were all standing around drinking and talking. I knew it was late because I had been there for a awhile and I was starting to get drunk.

I was standing in the kitchen talking with a group of people, and there was this little boy. He came from down stairs and went into the living room where his mother was and told her he was scared that he had seen something in the basement where there room was. Two Dark Figures Walking Alongside My Uncle

I am a First nations native from Alberta Canada, and I do believe in spirits and ghosts. because I have seen and heard things before that I just cannot explain. here’s a story.

When I was younger, I’m not quite sure how old I was I’m guessing about 8 or 9, I was playing with my cousin at my grandmas house just bout a half a kilometer away from where I live. Freaky Old Queenslander in Brisbane

About 2 years ago I was living by myself in an old Queenslander in Brisbane Australia with just my cat for company. I worked 2 jobs so I got home late every night and my friend who lived in the house behind mine asked me to come over most nights after work for a cuppa so she would know that I was safe. I never really felt anything creepy in my house but I would always hear footsteps running around my house late at night which at first I passed off as the neighbours kids next door being rowdy as that house was very close to mine. The Watcher and My Nightmares

It all started last summer. We go down to this camp every weekend we can in the summer. Every time we would come home we would have the same routine.

Now, before I go any farther, I must say, my mom got me this dresser from a thrift store. I really liked it but it always gave me this… uncomfortable feeling. I found it really strange that it had “Emily” carved in every drawer and on the inside. Me and my mom painted the dresser and put it under my shelves.

Five Years in a Haunted House

The house that I used to live in with my family was haunted. We lived there for about five years.

I remember that on the second or third night there, the doorbell kept on ringing. It was around 11 o’clock at night I think. I remember clearly that it rang for 13-15 times without stopping. We disregarded the doorbell ringing, and eventually got used to it. It would ring by itself every now and then.

One morning, I was asleep on my bed when I heard a little girl beside me telling me “wake up”. It was really close to my ear so I heard it clearly and immediately woke up from it. I Wake Up in the Night and See the Face of a Child with No Eyes

Hello, I am an old guy. How old? I served in the war during the Vietnam war conflict (1960 to 1964) and served with the mighty BIG RED 1. I lived through things and seen things that would make a pig puke.

Anyway, I have this problem… I wake up in the night and I see this gray slate colored face about 2 feet from my face. It is a child, male and maybe 10 years old. This child has no eyes! Just black holes and a very hideous unearthly grin that goes from ear to ear.

When it happens I always draw back as to strike and it just disappears. Is this a demon? Why does it trouble me?

I have had more than a dozen experiences that I would not exactly call “normal” in my lifetime. I am known at work as the “Story Teller” and I am often accused of scaring my employees right before they leave at night. Although ALL of my stories are true. I thought it may be interesting to share some of my experiences with others like me. I often refer to the question when I start a story as “does their brain go there or not?” Meaning simply “Do you believe in ghosts?”
