Is Our Place Haunted?

I’m hoping to get some opinions on whether or not our place is haunted.

We live in Wilberforce, Australia and we live in a shed that has been turned into a home the place isn’t old it’s probably 6-7 years old we only built the house inside a couple years ago.

When we first moved in everything was fine and still is but over the last 10-11 months I have been noticing odd things, there have been times when we have been looking for certain things and we end up searching the whole house then when we have given up it’s they are basically right under our noses, this can be put down to just us not looking hard enough. there have been occasions when I have been cleaning the house on a Saturday morning and I’ll be in the kitchen and all or a sudden I’ll hear a “Hi”, “hey” or “hello” one occasion I heard a laugh, this …

Haunted After Surgery in Hospital

I had surgery there in MMC Hospital,in the Philippines this month, and am thankfully home recovering now. After going through many ups and downs and close calls, after my surgery. Constant high fever, that turned into a roller coaster of up and down. Constant vomiting, lbm, dehydration, all caused by a severe reaction to the blood transfusions I received. It happens, in cases of sensitive patients… which I am one of. It is an experience I would not wish on even an enemy to go through your body literally attacking itself to rid it of the “invader blood”. It is a very painful and debilitating experience that no medicine can relieve you from, your body has to accept the new blood and until it does, there is a mini war going on inside you that you feel every bit of.

When I was little I had an imaginary friend called James. He was 14 and always sat in my room. He never left unless I asked him but one day I was talking to him my mum came in my room looking for something I asked her and she told me she looking for the boy I was talking to. I talked her he was my invisible friend as I laughed with him standing next to her poking her hips.

Haunted by Tall Woman in Red Robe

My step-sister (Emily) and I have always been sort of sensitive to the paranormal. One evening about 2 years ago, we were staying at our grandmother’s home. We were watching TV – nothing scary, by the way – and I suddenly had an odd feeling overcome me. I tried to shake it off, though.

Not even a minute later, Emily looks to her left and sees something cross a spare bedroom on one side of the hallway to the bathroom on the other side. Elizabeth My Grandfather’s Story

This story was told to me by my Grandfather.

Back in the days of old, worldly possessions were rare. A shawl of lace, a silver framed hand mirror, or a beloved Sunday dress were often just a handful of treasures that were dear to a poor family that traveled across the land in search of a place to settle down and call home.

Families traveled hundreds of miles for many months at a time without seeing another soul. Hospitals and physicians existed only in big cities, therefore sickness often visited, sometimes without the hope of survival of a loved one. Prayer was often the only hope when a loved one was struck down by an illness. Families accepted death as a part of prairie life, but the pain over losing Elizabeth ached in the heart of her mother for the rest of her life.

Power Ranger Wake Up Call

I went to bed one night soon after losing my boyfriend in a car accident. I was having a nightmare about driving my boyfriends car, trying to find him. I stopped at a local business, went inside, and I could feel myself fading… feeling weak.

I asked the man and woman if they could help me find him, and told her I felt week. She then says, “probably because you have a hole in the back of your head”. Then, in my dream, I realize I had been shot in the head.

I get back in the car, start driving… and feel myself dying… then suddenly I’m awakened from my nightmare by this really loud siren.

Ghost of Logan Square

It was September of 1990 and some friends of mine were taking weekend holiday and asked me to house sit for them. Their apartment was a gorgeous grey stone building on Sacramento Boulevard in the Logan Square Neighborhood in Chicago.

I’d been there many times before, but this particular time something felt different from the moment I stepped into the foyer. Tahlequah College Dorm Scare

It was 1988 and I was going to college at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. This was my first semester I stay in the dorm. It was getting close to Halloween and everyone was decorating their doors. I made a poster with a haunted house with leaves and streamers hanging from the bottom. There was about an inch and a half between the bottom of my door and the floor. It was Friday night and I was going to get my homework done for the weekend.

Ghost in Whitney Texas

When I was a young girl, around twelve I would say, I lived with my father, step-mother, and step-brother in a big green two story house in Whitney, Texas. This was a small town. Everybody knew everyone. We bought the house about a year ago, and I remember asking the realty lady if the house was haunted. She claimed it wasn’t, but after my experience I had one night in my room, I knew she was unsubstantial.

Innocent Toddler and Protective Spirit

As we mature into the age of adulthood, we sometimes forget that humans are capable of remembering certain events in our lives, even in the toddler stage of growing up.

I vividly remember my first paranormal activity at the young age of two while I was still in pampers.

Growing up with a single father, I hated to sleep alone. So Dad and I would share his bed so he could get rest since I cried a lot when I was by myself.

I don’t remember climbing out of bed in the dark or walking into the closet and shutting the door, but I do remember hearing my Dad calling for me in the middle of the night. The Girl in the Attic

In September of ’09 my 2 year old daughter came to me one night and said “mommy I cant see her”. I asked her who? and she said the girl in the attic. My daughter said that she plays with her sometimes but sometimes she scares her. I was so freaked out because there was no way a 2 year old could be making that up.

I told my fiancé and he didn’t believe me until I got our daughter to tell him too. He took a flashlight up into the attic and looked around, only to find nothing. About a week later he was napping and he said he woke up and saw a little girl in the door way that just stared at him then disappeared.

My daughter continued to talk about the girl, however, she got a kick out of freaking me out and thought it was funny.

Nightmare People

This happened about two nights ago. I have been ill and had taken pain killers for a temperature so I don’t know if this was an hallucination or real but it just seemed so real and I remembered the experience so vividly it totally terrified me.

I had been feeling unwell since having a gastric bug a couple of days ago. I had been in bed during the day and sleeping quite heavily on and off. I was in a very deep sleep. Suddenly there was a man on my landing he seemed very real. He had a hat on and loose jacket, loose khaki trousers and trainers, he was slim he was in his mid to late twenties. He reminded me of the type of street chav wearing bling and an ear ring in his ear. I thought he was a burglar. I remember being very frightened.
