Grandma Loves Letterman

This didn’t happen to me but it did happen to my cousin. The story goes like this.

Her grandmother died about 6 years ago. After the services came to task of sorting out her belongings. When it came to her TV my cousin asked about having it since hers was in the blink.

So she got the TV. The first night with the new TV was great. Watched some shows and it was good. Then bed time came and she turned in for the night with her husband.

After being asleep for about an hour, they were both awakened by the TV coming on at full volume, tuned in to The Late Show with David Letterman. She just happen to see the time after waking and took note that it was 11:35 pm. This comes into play later.

After regaining her composure and slowing her heart beat, she got up and turned the TV off.

About five years ago, my family and I uprooted from our home of four years in the Northeast. We moved to a house near a lake in the Southwest. Our “new” house was a re-vamped lake cabin from the 1940′s. For the first year or two that we lived there, nothing of paranormal significance happened. The Clydesdale Ghost

It was late at night on October 12th, 13 years ago. I was sitting in my bed listening to music (and of course not sleeping like I should). As I was listening to the music my eyes would occasionally wander about the room, looking at the border of music notes that danced along the top of my walls. My eyes were tired, but I could not sleep.

I closed them briefly for a few moments, and focused on the melody of the song. As I began to feel myself drifting off, I suddenly opened my eyes and stared towards my bedroom door. That’s when I saw her, a beautiful woman dressed in a brown and white hoop skirted gown that looked like it was from the 16th century. She had her hair all done up in a sort of honeycomb bun style, and she looked absolutely stunning.

Strange Human and Dog Like Creature

This happened when I was about 14 maybe 15 (I am 22 now). Back then I was living with my mom and her boyfriend at the time. We had just rented a house that was about 100 years old which had been vacant for awhile in a very small town called Mt. Olive, Mississippi.

Anyway let me start off by saying that there was something “off” about this house. A lot of weird things have happened. For instance it gets very humid in Mississippi during the summer and the only cold room in the whole house (not cool like freezing cold.. day night didn’t matter) was my room.

The Unwanted Intruder

I have been fascinated with ghost stories ever since I was a child and I grew up seeing shadow figures passing by on my peripheral vision, there are times I also see faceless entities walking about in broad daylight, I never considered myself to be a clairvoyant, but I really do encounter strange things. My Brother and The Ghostly Monks

I know that it is a common thing to be said in ghost stories ‘I don’t believe in ghosts’ I guess it’s to try and make them more believable. In this case it was when my younger brother started seeing them… I guess that’s when I started to believe.

I live in the North West of England. My house happens to be a 10 minute walk from the Norton Priory Museum, which is built around the grounds of an old Monastery. I believe that spirits are drawn to certain people and like in my case are hard to get rid of. Also that these people are influenced by the spirits.

Mine started when I was a year and a half old. My parents along with me, my older brother and sister moved from one small farm to a much bigger one in Vermont. The first thing I can remember is riding in the front seat of our car. Me in the middle of my mother and father, and my sister and brother in back. My Experiences With the Supernatural

Hi, my name is Rachel, and these are just a few experiences I’ve had and what I still do experience now. I know some people won’t agree with or believe my experiences, but why would I lie about this? I really wish I had never had these experiences.

My first two experiences with ghosts started 5 years ago when I was 11 years old and, living at my old house. Paranoia or Psychic?

Well I don’t know if I have psychic paranormal abilities but something has been tormenting me since I was very young. I am 22 years old and have 2 beautiful daughters who I believe possess the same abilities.

I’m terrified of the dark because I see things or shadows, never full faces but they’re there, as well as in the day. I’ve been places where I wont go near a certain spot because I get the feeling there’s something bad. I’m constantly checking behind me because I feel something is there. It gets to the point that I am almost in tears and my stomach is so upset because I’m so scared. I find myself running up the porch stairs at night or the basement stairs.
