My Spirit or What I Think to Be

Posted on September 30, 2011

Hi there, just asking why spirits are most active during the night or afternoon, but rarely in the morning.

My spirit is a girl, about 16 years of age, I have no idea why she’s here, or what she wants, but she is very protective of me.

Eg: if I’m in my room, by myself, and my mother yells at me from 2 hallways up to put my washing in the laundry, almost immediately the energy in the room springs up as for me to be very cautious on what I do. So in this case, she gets angry easily and loves to open my doors in my room which is really annoying, because I have a fear of keeping my right wardrobe door open. I have no idea why, but I go into hysteric panic attacks when someone leaves it open or something opens it.

As I am a very light sleeper, and have DSPS (delayed sleep phase syndrome) I do not get much sleep, which makes me more aware of what is going on in my house. I am always conscious of ‘her’ so when I do sleep, she often wakes me up. Maybe she wants attention? I’m not, all theories. I’ve had her all my life, and during this time she seems to get stronger and stronger and as I said, protective. She loves to be tidy too, usually I come home and both wardrobe doors are shut, my homework is on my desk and my laptop is shut.

Of course I’ve investigated, such as asking my family if they’d been in my room, obviously having said no, and I trust what I feel, and its really hard to explain. She is always with me, sometimes within the room, sometimes within the house and sometimes distant. When I am at school, I can usually feel her at school, but when I’m upset or something I wrong, she will be there in a second. Otherwise I can feel eyes, but it is not a cold feeling, a warm feeling, but not welcoming, as I said, hard to explain. If I’m at the shops, I can feel that feeling for instance. I am not in need for ‘sunny’ to leave, she’s not causing me any trouble, just lack of sleep and abnormal things happening oh and scaring my friends, haha. that’s always a laugh.

So that is my story, every week is a different one. Some nights scary some warm, some eerie, but isn’t that the life with living with the beyond? Thanks for listening.
