I am going to write about several of my experiences.
The first paranormal experience I have ever encountered was when I was just 7 years old. When I was young, I used to wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, then explore in the living room to see what time it was and how light it was outside. After using the bathroom, I went to the living room near a stack of papers. All of a sudden, the papers moved around as if a cat sat on it and took off running, so they flew, and I ran to my room fast and went back to bed with the lights on.
A few years later while living in the same house, I would be home alone, and I would hear doors slamming shut downstairs in the basement. I wouldn’t notice them often, but realized that has been going on. I remember the last time I heard it, I got scared.
When I was 8 years old, I was at my mom’s friend’s house going swimming. I was with my mom’s friend’s daughter and we decided to dry off from swimming in the basement downstairs. We were in there for not even 5 or 10 minutes and the sink turned on for 2 seconds and then off. We looked at each other in fear and ran upstairs to tell our moms but they looked at us like we were crazy.
When I was 10 or 11 years old, my grandma had died in her bed after coming back from a vacation. We traveled to Canada where my grandparents lived for the funeral. During our stay, my mom came and told me that when she was in my grandparent’s bedroom, sitting at my grandma’s old desk by the telephone, the lamp on the desk turned on and off two times. A day or two later, I was in the living room there when I heard a glass cup being set on the counter. I thought it was my brother helping himself with out permission and No one was in the kitchen. I ran to see if they were in the bedrooms or bathroom, but no one. Finally, I ran to the other side of the house where my mom and brother were. My grandpa wasn’t home that day. I told them what I experienced.
In high school, I would always and only experience this in the band room. I would just be sitting in band class and feel like I was getting poked on the side. It was always in this room where I would feel this going on. I would also feel a chill often in that room.
I have had plenty of strange things, feeling chills, seeing a glimpse of a person and they disappear, or I’ve heard things, like laughter and footsteps running around at a group home I once worked at.
