Ghost Stories & Paranormal Encounters

This is my ghost story and I’m only 15 but I can promise that I’m not messing with anyone. I don’t care if you believe me but this is my true real life ghost story. I guess we can just start with when we moved in the house I’m currently living in things seemed pretty normal. I don’t recall getting any bad feelings but take into count that we were living in a trailer and suddenly we could get a huge house in was remarkable.

Things were wonderful not a ghost in sight, that was until my dad built our stairs. It must have made something angry because from that point forward myself and would sit up at night listening to foot steps running up and down our stairs. Then it turned into things coming up the stairs and going to my parents door and my dad would open the door and nothing.

We eventually learned to ignore it but then my aunt who was staying with told me she didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in our basement by herself. So I slept in the bed with her and about 5:00 I wake up to the sound of a cupboard being slammed to the left of me a couple feet over. I got up startled because it was pretty loud. I was sitting their in a daze and I started to hear the sound of foot steps in the shag carpet. My aunt was awake now and aware of what was going on. I watched terrified at the indented carpet as it went one at a time across the front of the bed and cross into a room with flat carpet were it got louder then it stopped. Two seconds later, no kidding, the door handle started to shake as if someone was trying to get in there. We ran faster than I ever have. I could never even put in words how scared I was at that point.

The only thing else that has ever happened to me is when we moved out of our house for a few months and I came back to get something from the basement I looked towards the well what we called the scary room and its like a room with a dirt floor and wine shelves and someone had been digging a lot in there but what is weird the doors were all locked.

Now I’m not blaming the paranormal but a few days later I saw a man as clearly as I would see anyone else and that’s when I stopped coming in the house alone. Nothing has happened recently.

I don’t care if you guys think I’m  but I am telling the truth I know what I saw. I am not lying.
