Well it all started when me and my boyfriend were on holiday in the Blue Mountains in Australia, in a place called Mt Victoria. It’s a really beautiful old place built in the late 1800′s.

Upon entering this place I knew there wasn’t just us two in the house but I didn’t mention it. At night, I could hear creaking noises and just figured it was the old house. Anytime the two of us were in a room with the door shut, for instance the bathroom, we could hear banging and we thought someone may have broken in but thankfully no one hadn’t.

On our last day at this place, we were packing things up and cleaning the rooms, one of the doors to the rooms we had shut and dead bolted during the night, my boyfriend went to open it up and but something was blocking the door, when he finally pushed it open he could hear the noise of a chair moving – there were marks on the ground from where the chair had moved along the carpet, something had moved it and then moved it back to the place it was originally. It was creepy seeing the marks.

But at least we know that whatever it was, had been friendly and only wanted to be let out of the room – you’d be cranky too being locked in a room all night with no way to get out?
