More Haunted Darwin Australia

Posted on May 25, 2010

Having an entity we have christened “Kevin” in my army house in Darwin, we have on occasion have had encounters with this angry male entity. ( see previous stories )

As recently as the first week of May, I found myself alone in the house for 2 weeks when my teenage children had to fly to Sydney suddenly for a funeral.

To my surprise, I realized I had never really been alone in the house for any great deal of time before, let alone 2 weeks!

The first week was uneventful and I enjoyed the tranquility of not having to pick up after teenagers!

However, one evening as I was on the computer I looked to my right down the full length of the house toward the loungeroom and by a window I seemed to glimpse for a split second, a black shape, reminiscent of a tall half a head and part of a shoulder moving extremely quickly across the lounge and quickly obscured by the dividing wall that separates the lounge from the kitchen.

Now, the house was fully illuminated, lights were on in the lounge and kitchen – there were no shadowy dark places – this seemed to happen in the middle of a brightly lit room!

It was very fast, so fast, I was able to convince myself it was a trick of the light and a random image on my eyes from having looking at the computer screen too long.

I even wondered had I really seen what I thought I had and put it out of my mind.

However, a few nights later I was seated in the lounge room in front of the very same window. This time watching TV, with the very same window in front of me, just to the right of the TV with the blinds closed.

I started to doze off in front off the TV and was arguing with myself whether I should go to bed or keep trying to watch the TV show ( that I was sleeping through! ) and I made the snap decision to immediately go to bed and opened my eyes suddenly and sat up.

To my shock, the same black tall half head and this time both shoulders and the trailing edge of one long arm moved quickly across from the window and vanished in exactly the same place I had seen it from the computer some days earlier!

This was only about 5 feet in front of me and this guy was very tall about the same as my son but much broader in the shoulders I realized now I had seen him up close. He was quite powerfully built!

I wasn’t scared, more confused and perplexed as I tried to rationalize what I had seen.

While I had been able to initially dismiss it when viewed from the computer, seeing the same thing again from the lounge in the same location and in appropriate perspective ( he was much larger up close ) and making the same movement of moving so quickly away from the window, was a bit more difficult to dismiss. He was fast, so fast he left you wondering ‘ did I really see that? ‘.

Initially, I would have thought not, but now having seen it a second time… I’m not so sure.
