As we mature into the age of adulthood, we sometimes forget that humans are capable of remembering certain events in our lives, even in the toddler stage of growing up.
I vividly remember my first paranormal activity at the young age of two while I was still in pampers.
Growing up with a single father, I hated to sleep alone. So Dad and I would share his bed so he could get rest since I cried a lot when I was by myself.
I don’t remember climbing out of bed in the dark or walking into the closet and shutting the door, but I do remember hearing my Dad calling for me in the middle of the night. He was panicking because he woke up to find my little body missing. It took him a good five minutes before he suddenly opened the closet door and shouted my name out of anger. His face was so scared as he picked me up off the floor. When we walked to the bed, I continued laughing and smiling and waved to the closet in the darkness before going back to sleep.
My dad just recently told me this story last year and I was shocked. He said he thought that someone came into the house and took me away from him. He searched the bathroom, living room, the kitchen, he looked everywhere and saw no sign of me. Once he went back to the bedroom, he said he heard my laughter in the closet. And when he opened the door he said I sat alone, just laughing by myself on the floor.
I didn’t know if he was relieved to find me, or worried that spirits were communicating and playing with me. Ever since then, I always attract spirits no matter where I go. I’ve had to deal with new-souls that just passed recently, to the Devil himself, to guardian angels that kept me alive in an 80mph crash.
About 2:45 am last night, while I was submitting my first story, “Grandma Ly’s House”, I felt something whisper “whoosh” into my left ear. A light cold breeze flowed into my eardrum and the sensation was strong enough to move my hair a little. I tried to remain calm because I knew “they” were playing with me.
I immediately called on Jesus to protect me and to sit with me and help these spirits go into the light. I don’t think they liked that because my TV shut off and the living room erupted in tapping noises here and there. I remained calm and turned the TV back on. After ten minutes of praying, I was comfortable enough to go to bed. And this time, the TV stayed on all night, because I woke up to the light and sound of the television. I was glad too.
I have been told by a Cuban that I have a pure heart. Is this something that would attract entities/spirits/the paranormal?? In Cambodian, my name Sovannary means “golden child”.
I used to fear ghosts to the point where the Devil himself tried to scare me when I was 14. At the age of 20, I accepted the fact that I have a gift or weird attraction to the afterlife. But I still need help in coping and learning how to deal with this better.
