This past weekend my seven year old grandson spent a few days with us. Sunday night my wife and I were in the bedroom while my grandson was playing in the living room. He came running into the bedroom and told us that he was scared because he kept hearing a scratching noise and couldn’t figure out what it was.
My wife and I quickly looked at each other, only a little surprised. We were quite familiar with that sound as we had heard it ourselves quite a few times. To us it sounded like something was in a box or behind a wall trying to scratch or dig it’s way out. There are no mice or rats here and there is nothing that could explain away the sounds.
Awhile back we asked one of our neighbors if anything strange had happened in their apartment. We did not tell her anything about what was happening in ours. She told us about an old lady that visited her and her husband from time to time. When they first saw her they were in bed. The woman felt something moving and looked up to see an elderly woman sitting at the foot of the bed. She nudged her husband and pointed toward the old lady. He saw her too!
We also learned that there was a small country cemetery that used to be where the apartments are now. Most of the graves were relocated about 20 years ago, but there are still a few left up on the hill behind us.

Is there something you are not telling yourself, something in your feelings that you need to look at and let go of? Has someone died in your family recently and is, perhaps, trying to give you a message? Look at yourself first, and if there’s nothing very obvious, you could stop and ask the shadow what it wants, but I am more inclined to suggest you clear your energy, and let Spirit take care of whatever the shadow needs.
This Invocation/prayer is designed to clear your energy of all attaching spirits, ghosts and other entities. I know its long but its designed to clear everything we can think of, and has been used and refined over the past 14 years with great success. You will recognise the name of the angel, but I do recommend you also use Jesus Christ in it, or you could ask the Blessed Mother if it suits your beliefs better.
Read it through a few times to get an understanding of it, and then say it out loud. I always suggest 3 times in a row, and really say it like you mean it. Put the strength of your will behind the words. Then keep a copy for if you ever need it again, or for anyone else who might.

That should take care of the being if it is one. If the dream comes back I would go back to looking at what you are not telling yourself.

Again Ama, hey! Great advice.
To the dreamer. Are you having difficulty in any particular subject at school? Do you find yourself having learning difficulties of any kind? I only ask because this black shadow may be a manifestation in your subconscious of the difficult subject/learning difficulty. Its telling you random words and you don’t understand them. It could be that your own brain is telling you to learn in a way that you understand. Nobody else can hear or see it perhaps because maybe you haven’t told anybody if you are struggling a little or you do have learning difficulties (and believe me when I say there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with learning difficulties or having a bit of a struggle getting to grips with whatever it is. Millions of people are the same. I had massive problems in needlework class when I’d turned 11 and now I can sew a little but far from perfect I’m now 34!)
If you do think its the above, speak to your teacher(or parent) and work out a way where you can learn easier. Maybe once you’re more open and you’re learning, this shadow may take a hike!

I had a dream where I was looking at my body while I was asleep, and there was a black shadow infront of the door of my room looking at my body. I wanted to tell it to leave but I couldn’t.
Hi Jesus,
Were you frightened by the shadow, or was it simply not supposed to be there? You might have been astral travelling and coming back into your body when you saw it. Our bodies are protected when we are out during sleep, so we don’t usually need to worry about ‘visitors’.
Has anything else paranormal happened around you to make you think you might be haunted?
