Ghost Stories & Paranormal Encounters

I think my house may be haunted but I’m not completely sure. I am currently 13 years old and have been living in a house that I think is haunted for about 3 years now.

The first 2 years of living here  I shared a room with my older sister and I used to see shadows near the closet and windows almost every night for about 4 months. They would scare me since my sister or parents would never believe me about the things I saw. We had bunk beds and there was a mirror directly in front of the top bunk. After I stopped seeing these shadows which was around November I would see a light coming from the mirror. I thought this was very strange since my sister always turned off ANYTHING that had a light no matter how small it was she would unplug it (radio, TV, cable etc) and I know for a fact it couldn’t come from the window since every night we had our blinds and curtains closed so the room would be completely dark every night. It was around the middle of November when I decided that I would “experiment” with the mirror. I brought in a flash light and shone it towards the mirror and the light that came from the mirror would come on two and move around. I then felt something grab my hair so I immediately let the flash light go and hid under the covers and began to pray. The strange occurrences stopped.

Until December came around. My grandmother and aunt had come visit for the holidays and they would stay in my room. I told them about what happened but they thought I was messing with them. The morning after I told them they woke up saying there was something in the room but of course my mom doesn’t believe in ghost or anything like that and told them to stop encouraging those thoughts in me. Through out my grandma’s and aunt’s stay the shadows kept appearing and some of there things would go missing.  When they finally left the shadows and lights stopped appearing. My sister still doesn’t believe me even though I’ve showed her scratches that I believe came from the shadows haunting that room. I don’t understand why this only happened to me and my grandma and aunt. This is just some things that have happened even though I’m only 13 I’ve had many paranormal experiences since I was just small some still terrify me. Can anyone tell me if that room is haunted or was I just imagining like my mom said please. Sorry if this was too long I’m not completely sure how to write my experiences. Well if you don’t believe me it’s fine we all have our
opinions.
