I was 10 yrs old and my brother’s grandma had just passed away. My brother and I have the same dad but different mom’s so she wasn’t my grandma.
Well we were cleaning out her house so all her possessions could be given to all the family. While we were moving everything out I never felt anything strange. We got everything moved out. My brother my dad, his brother, and our cousin were all standing by my dad’s truck about to leave.
I said I needed to go to the bathroom so I went back in to the house. I used the bathroom, zipped up my pants and started to walk out of the bathroom, I didn’t flush the toilet because I was a kid and I figured no one lived there anymore. Well, I thought no one lived there anymore. Not quite out of the bathroom yet I heard an old woman’s rough voice tell me to flush that toilet. My eyes got big around and I knew it wasn’t any of the men in my family it sounded like it was right in the doorway as though she was keeping an eye on me like most grandma’s do. Anyway, scared out of my head I turned around slammed the handle down to flush the toilet and got the hell out.
I told my brother about it years later he laughed and said that the one thing she hated was when one of the kids wouldn’t flush her toilet, she was a clean freak.
