Well I live in Alhambra, California and I have my own little studio and there are ghosts.
One day I was laying down looking at my phone and in the corner of my eye a man in brown seemed old appeared in the corner of my eye and than a woman appeared in front of me floating and disappeared. I didn’t think anything of it but in the backhouse the people told me a woman ghost appeared and talked with a a girl for 3 minutes. Talk about scared! And she said a man appeared with her also trying to hurt her and the ghost was protecting her. Trippy.
I believed her because I saw the same thing and at times I see shadows walking on my wall but what’s really trippy is the voices. Ohhh yeah, try falling asleep and hearing a man and woman talking in both sides of the ear.
The woman sounds like an old wicked witch scary voice. I hear her always yell out ”hey”. When I just moved in it was a month till I heard voices in the middle of the room and I saw someone walk up the stairs open the screen door and disappear twice in the same night I saw that and I freaked out.
I saw a man sitting next to me my hairs stood up and I froze in fear and I ran out the house but came back in and fell asleep. There’s someone here that lives with me that is a great thing cause when I’m alone trying to fall asleep I get nervous.
Two weeks ago I was falling asleep and next door I heard yelling and arguing and the doors banged and I woke up and nothing was done so I freaked out and a little kitten I had started to meow a lot and go staring at the restroom but yeah even in the backhouse I’ve heard a low scream of murder in a room so now I walk fast from that room but the backhouse has a lot of stories of itself.

That was Trippy. I also hear voices in my old room, not just a man and a woman, it’s a multitude. It sounded like a Saturday Flea Market and I occasionally would hear familiar voices call out my name trying to get my attention. And the weirdest part is, whenever I lay on my bed with my head pointing toward the door, I keep seeing a tall entity staring at me which creeps the heck out of me.
It seems, you have resident ghosts in your studio, it’s possible that they were once occupants of that place, or stray ghosts that took up residence in that place. I also stayed in a studio type apartel and every time I wake up in the middle of the night I often see this lady standing beside the kitchen stove cooking something. I just ignore it even though I’m shaking like crazy underneath my blanket.
You can try protecting yourself by visualizing a bright bubble of light origination from your midsection and expanding it all over your body. Psychics use this method to protect themselves from spirits whenever they enter known haunted locations. You can try this approach to lessen the bothersome yelling of the ghosts in your ear. You can gradually expand this light of protection all over the room to repel the ghosts all together. It requires a bit of concentration, but it works for me. Good luck!
