Thanks for taking time to read this. To start when I was around ten years old I was sleeping at my dads old apartment and I woke up in the middle of the night. From where my bed was I could see into my little brothers room across the hall, he was just a baby. I woke up and saw someone, a whiteish cloudy figure, almost looking down on my brother. I closed my eyes opened them again and I was paralyzed, couldn’t move couldn’t talk and I felt as if it was beside me now staring at me. Somehow I fell back asleep.
There were other things that happened to other family members in that apartment too but this is my experience. Ever since I’ve had dreams of ghosts often. They are usually in the form of old people and children I’ve never seen before. They appear suddenly in my dreams if I turn around or look a different direction. I always get paralyzed in these dreams and sometimes I get pulled or dragged by the ghosts and I can’t stop it.
Other dreams I just get so creeped out that I wake up before I see a ghost but they all seem so real. In my dreams it all feels so real, sometimes I even ask myself in the dream if I am dreaming.
The ghosts never say anything, they just look at me and I can’t move or talk to them but it scares me! I’m always paranoid of ghosts and I don’t know if I’m crazy or some sort of psychic.
Please give me an answer I hate being scared to be alone in in places.

Hi, Jake
I know this was posted a few months ago, but I just want to know if you’re okay now.
I’ve had dreams of ghosts and demons before, and guess what: almost all of them happen after I experience sleep paralysis. You said that you felt paralyzed, right?
Well, when I experienced the sleep paralysis’ that I constantly had, I was going through a very rough spot with my life. In other words, I was depressed. Are you depressed too? In my experience, sleep paralysis and dreams about demons/ghosts happen much more often when I’m depressed.
So, try confronting your life problems. It might help. I know it’s hard, but I did it too and now I’m not depressed anymore, and the dreams and paralysis only happen rarely. Also, whenever I encounter sleep paralysis, I pray to God and He protects me whenever I call for Him. Try doing that
