Ghost Stories & Paranormal Encounters

I live with my grandfather in a house that he has own since the late 1950′s. About a year or two before he bought the house, the previous owners daughter had committed suicide. But my grandfather was the type of person that really didn’t believe in ghost or anything like that so he still bought the house even though he was informed of this tragedy.

Little things happened to my uncles and mother just like lights going off out of no where, when alone hearing foot steps in the hallway either walking loudly or running. The phone being lifted up then dropped. My mother saw this girl late one night. She was asleep and woke up with the feeling of someone watching her. As she opened her eyes, this white figure was floating right next to her. The ghost had a white dress on, long black hair and her eyes weren’t there. Just black holes. Over the years things have always happened but you never feel fearful with this ghost, you just get startled.

Well for the past week, little things have been happening to me. I watch my little brother while my mom is at work, he is 2 about to be 3. One day he was sitting in his little chair and looked at the closet and started laughing heavily. He looked at me, looked back at the closet and started laughing again. I started getting irritated because I couldn’t see this thing making my brother laugh but at the same time it wasn’t hurting him so I didn’t say anything until his movement changed.

He kept laughing but now he was wiggling his body around as if someone was tickling him. I then said please stop it Sammy (my brother) please stop laughing. Then he just smiled, looked at the closet and stopped laughing.

Other little things happen during the week but now I’m going to get to what really shocked me. I was in my mothers room once again while she was at work and I was watching my little brother. My moms door doesn’t close right so we have to put something like a newspaper rolled up and put it between the doorway and wall so it can close right. The hallway has no carpet and so you hear everything go through that hallway.

Anyways, I had the TV turned down while I was changing the channels and my little brother was sitting down in his little chair playing with some toy and I started to feel like I was being watched. I, most of the time, have this feeling but usually I’m able to just brush it off but this time I just couldn’t. I turned and saw the door was now open and saw that the paper thing to help close the door was high up from where it was and I saw a dark shadow. It was staring at me even though I couldn’t see any facial features, I just know it was. It quickly ran sideways. I heard no footsteps. The paper thing then fell. I thought at first it was my boyfriend but it wasn’t. He was in the other part of the house. I started thinking about it again and realized that there’s no way for someone to be able to run as fast as it did without making a sound in that hallway. There’s no way to run as fast as it did without bumping into the dresser that’s in the hallway.

Last but not least, this ghost thing or whatever it was, wasn’t the girl. I have seen the girl briefly myself before on the t.v, briefly, and it look nothing like that silhouette of a person. Is it possible to change itself? Why after so long of me being here not seeing it before expect the time I barely saw it on t.v (t.v was off and saw a girl on the screen) or had any other experiences this happens? why was it watching me? is it bad that it was able to open the door?

Please give me clues or info on what this could have been or something because I’m still shocked and I don’t know how else to explain the feeling.
