Family Affair Haunting in England

Posted on January 10, 2011

I live in a lovely little house in Stoke-on-Trent, England. We live in the suburbs, in a quaint little 3 bedroom house, which me and my family believes is haunted. By 3 entities; for instance, when I was 7 my dad had told me off for breaking the living room table. I ran upstairs crying and I jumped on my bed, head buried in the pillow. I heard a little girls voice say, ‘What’s wrong?’ I was terrified, but intrigued. As the years went by I was more an more interested in this little girl, who I’d nicknamed ‘Roxy.’

Secondly, during the winter of ’04 I was down stairs on my own, mum was upstairs putting clothes away she’d just ironed, dad works nights, so was at work. I was writing Christmas cards to school friends when I heard a single faint knock on the door, so I lifted my head. And by the door we have a large mirror, as lifted my head in the direction of the door, a black mist was reflected in the mirror at the opposite end of the room, petrified I ran upstairs.

Now I sense that this energy may be a man, a violent one at that, and I believe the girl and man are connected, maybe father and daughter, uncle and niece, something along those lines.

This man has also made appearances with my mother. Whilst she was in the kitchen one day she screamed and told me how she saw a shadow dart behind her, when she turned the shadow stayed on the back wall for a mere second before disappearing. Also, my mother has woke up many times in  the past complaining of chest pains, and even on a couple of occasions has woken with bright cheeks, where she’s been slapped in her sleep.

My dad is a skeptic he doesn’t believe in any of this, but he has heard laughter when came home from work at 6 in the morning, when he investigated, I was asleep and mum had already left for work. These are my stories and if anyone has any thoughts please write back. Thank you.
