Vampires in Chinese Mythology

Characteristics and Details about Chinese Vampires

The Chinese vampire differs greatly from its western cousins. In Chinese mythology, all empires originated from one of the 12 gods, which came from 12 drops of blood from PANGU, the great god who created sky and earth. Chinese vampire, according their different growing stage, can be divided into six levels.

Chinese Vampire Level 1

When corpse entered suitable vampire-breeding location for 1 month. It began growing white hair and also be called white vampire. At this stage, vampire can not move quickly, can easily be killed. Level 1 vampires dread sunshine, fire, water, rooster, dog and let alone human beings.
Personally, I think level 1 vampire can serve as a meek pet.

Chinese Vampire Level 2

If a level 1 vampire have plenty of blood of ox or sheep, years later, white hair peels off and a layer of black hair will emerge. Level 2 vampire is still afraid of sunlight and fire. …

Vampire Walking on the Horizon

Three nights ago, when the sky was dark blue and it was turning night, I went jogging in Arizona. And then I got sweaty and had a cup of ice cold water and went out to my mailbox with my key and then I saw this boy and he wore a brown shirt with a collar and blue jeans. He had black sneakers and his face was kind of pale but his lips were blue like they had been chilly or something. He had black hair. And brown eyes.

He waved to me but I pretended like he wasn’t there and then he said, “Mister, don’t go straight and to the left and even more left, something very horrible is up there.” I said, “Okay.” He then walked away and I have never been to the place he described and I don’t have the guts to check it out, not even with a partner.

I then thought it was a …

The Psychic Vampire

Let’s do this the AA way, shall we?

Hi, I’m Scarlet, and I’m a psi-vampire. Also called a Psy-Vampire, also called a Psychic vampire. I truly hope you know what this is, but if you don’t (or you want to know more), you’ve come to the right place. Although I’ve only known formally what I am for a few years, I’ve gathered up enough information to inform you.

A psi-vampire is a type of vampire (No, really?) that feeds mostly on prana, or life force. We are said to be born with an energy leak in our astral form. Sort of like a leaky faucet. So, to maintain our own life force, we drain others of theirs. Most of us go through life having NO IDEA we are doing this. If a person is exposed to an out of control drainer for an extended period of time, they can become physically ill. Just as the vampire can if they go …

Judas Iscariot and Myths About Vampires

I think there is one more myth about the first vampire Judas Iscariot.

The Biblical Story of Judas Iscariot:

To begin with lets review a bit of bible history, for those of you who are not familiar with the story of Judas Iscariot. Judas betrayed Jesus Christ to the chief priests and elders for 30 silver pieces. Judas then felt so horrible for what he had done when he found out that Jesus had been condemned, he attempted to return the silver pieces, but the chief priests and elders refused to accept them from him. Judas threw down the silver pieces in the temple, and departed, he then hung himself.

Vampires – My Real Life Story

I have been searching websites recently to do with this particular topic, then I found you and I feel compelled to tell you my story. I have heard many stories and read many stories such as Dracula and the twilight series which I found highly entertaining. I am well aware of the many in the population who deny vampires still exist, well in answer I say I exist and to me I am very real.

Let me explain, I was changed by another of my kind. Unbelievable? I understand that completely. The truth is I do not remember my transformation. I have lost a week or so worth of memory. I came home late in the morning (according to my mother soon after). I was almost crazed, I lost my food appetite, I became sensitive to light ( so much that I cannot stand it).

To People Claiming to be Vampires

As I’m guessing many regular visitors know, vampirism has been a big subject recently. Many people have come forward claiming to be one and writing stories about their “experiences”. I find this very interesting in this time, with vampires being so popular. Lets explore this.

Stories of vampirism have been around for hundreds, even thousands, of years but back then they were seen as monsters sneaking into your home to suck the very life essence out of you. There were thousands of deaths blamed on them, leading to corpses being dug up and mutilated in the name of the safety of the village. Of course, nobody came forward claiming to be a vampire, and that’s understandable. But in the “age of enlightenment”, still nobody stepped forward with these claims.

Through the Eyes of a Vampire

Vampirism is a disease unlike any other it feels unnatural and has properties that make themselves manifest physically even before the transition. Vampirism is a mutation of a disease much like a combination of Poryphic Hemophilia and Rabies, but yet, it isn’t during the first stage of the disease contraction (1 of 3), the body feels tired constantly and weak much like that of a cold or flu. At stage 2 the skin becomes pale slowly until almost white, at this point the victim is highly vulnerable to anything sharp even a cut could kill them as the blood is so thinned, and at stage 3 the victim goes into a deathlike sleep for 2 days or more (it is different for some people, for me it was 2 days) after which the person awakens feeling hungry but the most remarkable part about that first waking breathe is hearing the world come alive in an array of sounds and smells …
