Vivid Dreams or Freaky Visions?

Ever since I was a young girl about the age of 9 or 10 my mom often has these dreams that come true. One day she was dreaming of an earthquake in Asia. The next day she told me about her dream. We turned on the news and the reporter said that their was a massive earthquake in Haiti. First we were shocked, then we looked at each other. I turned off the t.v and sat down on the couch. We never spoke of it. Another day she came inside my room crying. I was very worried I asked her what was wrong. She said that she dreamed of a tidal wave washing our house away. She said we were both separated. A couple days later we got a call from my Aunt. She said a huge tidal wave just washed over them and my cousins. My mom and I never said anything about her dreams ever again.

Power Ranger Wake Up Call

I went to bed one night soon after losing my boyfriend in a car accident. I was having a nightmare about driving my boyfriends car, trying to find him. I stopped at a local business, went inside, and I could feel myself fading… feeling weak.

I asked the man and woman if they could help me find him, and told her I felt week. She then says, “probably because you have a hole in the back of your head”. Then, in my dream, I realize I had been shot in the head.

I get back in the car, start driving… and feel myself dying… then suddenly I’m awakened from my nightmare by this really loud siren.

Nightmare People

This happened about two nights ago. I have been ill and had taken pain killers for a temperature so I don’t know if this was an hallucination or real but it just seemed so real and I remembered the experience so vividly it totally terrified me.

I had been feeling unwell since having a gastric bug a couple of days ago. I had been in bed during the day and sleeping quite heavily on and off. I was in a very deep sleep. Suddenly there was a man on my landing he seemed very real. He had a hat on and loose jacket, loose khaki trousers and trainers, he was slim he was in his mid to late twenties. Night Terrors and Conversations with an Invisible Person

I am 18 years old and for as long as I can remember I have had a presence that has followed me around. My mother use to tell me stories of standing outside my bedroom when I was little and listening to conversations I had with an invisible person, it use to frighten her. Then it really scared her when I started to have night terrors.

For those of you who don’t know night terrors are different from nightmares because in nightmares an individual can distinguish the difference between what is real and what is a dream, in a night terror the human mind cant.

At first she mistook my night terrors for nightmares simply because they seemed like normal horror dreams until I started talking about my family and seeing their mutilated bodies lying around me. She noticed that when I would have my “episodes” it was harder for her to wake me and I violently escalated to physically …

Evil Black Shadow Over My Bed

This has been happening to me since I was 4 years old or at least that’s how far back I can remember it happening. I have always been plagued by horrific evil nightmares, but they seem so real I really do not believe that they are nightmares at all especially when I am still awake when it happens.

This only happens when I am alone. I’ll be in bed ready to go to sleep and then all of a sudden I’m in this “state.” I don’t remember falling asleep and when in this state I am in bed in the same pj’s, thinking about the same things I was when I was awake. I’m completely consciously aware. I start to feel this evil presence in my room and the feeling of evil is so overwhelming that I can’t move. It is positively horrifying and terrifying.

Frequent Similar Dreams

Okay, sorry for the lack of thought put into the title, but I honestly didn’t know what to call this… Okay, so, for at least 13 years of my life, my Grandparents had lived in a house in an old (But not TOO old) house, it wasn’t in a remote location, it was on the outskirts of a major market town (Romford, Essex. For those interested).

Now, I’ll get straight to the point, this house was creepy. I’m not going to jump to conclusions and say it was haunted, although I will say, me, my two older brothers, younger sister, both cousins, mum, dad, step-dad, uncle, Granddad and Nan have ALL had one or more paranormal encounters within the house. I Killed Myself in a Dream

Okay I don’t know if this is paranormal or not but I would like some answers. This is a dream I had a while back that hasn’t left me alone. I remember most of it as if it was reality.

I was at a restaurant with family. I don’t know who was there, I only remember my mother being there. I went into the bathroom and started washing my hands. Strange considering I hadn’t been to the toilet or anything. There was a man in the bathroom, but he didn’t stay in there.

Recurring Thoughts and Frequent Dreams

Well, my question is about the possible meaning of thoughts I have (often) and dreams I seem to have almost every night.

I had a boyfriend once, when I was 15 until I was 18. It was an abusive (emotionally/mentally) relationship, and I was too young/naive, whatever, to leave him. Then he dumped me out of the blue, destroyed me inside for years.

I managed to recover some of myself a year or so later, but not without always feeling like I wanted to be the me I used to be, not necessarily with him, but that by this whole ordeal, he had somehow destroyed me and I couldn’t get her back…(I had self-abusive behavioural problems after that).

Then a few years later even (no boyfriends/girlfriends in the time between, plenty of interest but no matches) I had started maybe feeling like me, but always lapsing into a depression/anxiety about wanting to be the carefree me who loved life, and …

Need Help Interpreting a Dream

I had a very strange dream a few nights ago. I was staying in the guest room of our house (that section of the house my sister, myself, and anyone else who stays there believe is haunted). Before I went to sleep all three of my cats were in the room, looking alert, acting weird, and staring at nothing. One of them even jumped on the bed to sleep with me (which, in the five years we’ve had her has NEVER done). Psychic Abilities And Paranormal Dreams

Well, hello. Let me start by saying I realized I had psychic abilities when I was around 13, meaning I had dreams that predicted the near future (I wished it away as later on I saw murders being committed only to read about it a week or so later, and then they became demonic), clairaudience, empathy, and clairsentience. I knew when something was going to happen just before it did.

Need an Answer About a Strange Dream

I’ve had this dream, once when I was 4 – 5 and a second time when I was 8. Nearly all dreams don’t have a beginning. Well, this one did. I wake up in my car, who I see is, my future family, but in my dream I don’t realize this. In real life I’m 4 – 5, in my dream, I was about 15 – 16. I see my mom, my sister who is also older, my baby brother, my step-father, and two friends. This is my family that I have now, not when I was 4 – 5. Back then All I had was my mom and my one year old sister.

Dreaming of Casting Away Evil Spirits

More than a story the following is a question that I am hoping someone will help me understand.

I remember having dreams as a child where I was a priest or someone with the power to cast away evil spirits. I would have these dreams maybe 3 or 4 times a years. My dreams followed the same pattern where someone would be possessed and I would cast away the evil spirit with prayer. I remember not being scared; on the contrary, I would feel courageous enough to cast them away. I still have the dreams; however, I am not a priest, it’s simply me confronting people who are possessed and me saying a prayer to cast it away and a prayer to protect myself.

Can someone please explain what these dreams may mean? Thank you in advance for taking the time to read my entry.
