I was only 13 years old, I loved to watch ghost shows and read ghost stories. Well me and my older sister and dad moved into this house in Flat Rock (it was a nice house but also an old one) in the summer. The minute we moved into the house, I knew something was wrong.
When you would walk down the hallway you would feel eyes staring holes in you. And the basement was worse then the hallway. When you walked down the basement stairs they would turn half way down the stairs, well in one of the far corners of the basement was the scariest part of the house.
I found it strange that when I moved into the house I started to sleepwalk and one time I even woke up in the basement in the total darkness. Another time it was me and my older sister that was home and I was told to start the laundry, so I went down the stairs and walked to the washer and dryer. After I started the washer, I felt the dagger eyes on me. I turned around slowly only to see something in the far basement corner, it had a hood and black pants and black jacket. I was scared so bad I ran up the stairs and came up in the kitchen crying because I was so scared. So my Older sister calmed me down and told me that nothing is wrong and it was just my imagination. So I believed her, but she finished the laundry.
It was probably a month later I was home sick form school and I walked down the hallway to go to the bathroom, and strangely nothing was wrong, I didn’t feel the dagger eyes staring at me. So I was thinking to myself ” Yes it’s finally leaving me alone” I was so happy and I think I actually jumped for joy. But I spoke to soon. When I was walking back out of the bathroom, into the hallway. This would have me scared for the rest of my life, I still get the tingles when I think about it. I was pushed agents the wall forcefully, when I hit the wall the picture on the wall fell to the floor. I was so scared.
In November I moved out of the house to live with my mom in Arizona. As soon as I left I felt an immediate relief of ” whew, I made it and I never have to do it again.” And now I haven’t been sleepwalking and I never feel the dagger eyes piercing into my skin again.
