For the past few years I have had some entity with me. It does not hurt me or speak to me but it makes its self known.
I sometimes see it walking in my kitchen but I also know that it follows me.
At work I am alone and I sometimes see it there.
Its a tall dark shadow figure. I know its there. I am not crazy. I just want to know why its with me and who it is? Please help thanks.

Many people can speculate, but only you can answer your own questions. It could be a ghost, or a guide, or a shadow person. When is it around you most, and how do you feel emotionally when its around? This might help pin down what it is. A ghost will make you feel what it is feeling, lost, sad, frustrated, lonely, angry or any other negative emotion – a guide doesn’t interfere in any way but watches over you, and you might be gifted with clairvoyance and be able to see it .. if so where does it stand when its near you – in front of you, behind, left side, right side? A shadow person might watch everything you do, again without interfering.
A lot of questions, I know, but the answers might help us pin down what is going on.

He is a demon but he worry to talk you or come nearer
