Was the Moon Landing a Hoax?

September 2, 2007

Moon landing hoaxDid man really land on the moon in the 1960’s? Or was it all a hoax? When it comes to conspiracy theories the Moon Landing Hoax is among the widest held. A plethora of books and articles have been written both in favor and in dispute of a hoax being perpetrated.

There seems to be a lot of evidence, including the refelections in the helmet in the photo to the left,  that indicate some sort of hoax to do with the Apollo missions.

I remember my grandfather telling me many years ago that the moon landing footage was shot in some desert and that we had not made it to the moon.

Naturally, I just thought he was eccentric or ignorant. Since then I’m not so sure. It may be possible that at least some of the footage, photos and audio recordings were faked.

The moon landing was obviously a hoax! First, the timing is suspicious-just in time to meet the deadline set by JFK.

The space race was a real red herring, and there was too much at stake to let the Commies think we couldn’t get there.

If it was so easy to bop up there and back in 1969, why did the launches never resume?

Buzz Aldrin knocked a guy out for challenging him on this. Why was he so defensive?

I personally believe that the Apollo moon landings were all faked. There is plenty of evidence to indicate that they were. I have seen a lot of photographs that were definitely faked. You can compare photos that were shot during training with ones that were supposed to be taken while in orbit and they are exactly the same. Some of them are reversed! The same exact photo, but the negative was flipped to print the photograph. Why would they need to fake any of the photos at all?

I also wonder why ‘we’ aren’t able to send people to space much more easily. I mean, come on, if they could send so many manned missions to the moon with the technology of 40 years ago you would think that with the great advances we have seen in technology and flight these days it would be a hundred times easier.

The writer of the Moon Landing Hoax article on this site seems to think that there were no hoaxes and everything was as it was presented to the public. It is a very interesting and thought provoking article, but I do not agree with his conclusions.

Got something to say?
