I suppose this isn’t one huge story about my house, yet a lot of little ones. We live in a 175 year old farm house in a small town called Omemee in Canada. I can’t seem to find a lot of history on the house but we have had multiple things happen at our house.
1) My mother was home one day and in our upstairs we have a little wooden cabinet thing we have had for years. One day my mum found that the drawer were open and it was pulled out from the wall. Thinking my brothers had gone into it she pushed it back toward the wall and closed the drawer. Her and my step father were home alone one night watching TV when they heard a scrap across the wooden floor. Our dogs freaked out and she went upstairs to see what happened, the cabinet was pulled out from the wall again.
2) My mother and I were at home. I was in the kitchen and she was in her room. I looked into our living room and saw a “shadow” person I suppose walk out our back door. It seemed to be very tall and it just walked off the deck. Of course I yelled to my mom thinking someone was in our house but she said no one was outside.
3) My mother was outside on the deck one night and off into the distance where our barn is she saw a glowing light. She describes it as if someone was walking with a lantern. She was watching it bob toward her when she heard “go!!” and she took it as a sign and ran into the house.
4) Our house is made of all wood and because the flooring is still very old we can hear everything walking etc etc. I was in my room listening to music and I heard someone walk up to my door and knock. Thinking it was my brother I said come in but there was no answer. I said it again and no answer. I finally opened the door and no one was there. Everyone was down stairs and I would have heard someone walking away from my room door.
5) A friend of mine says she is clairvoyant. She’s described things to me that I have never described or told her. One night we were sitting around my table laughing and carrying on when I heard “Kylie!” I shot my head up in shock and stared off into the dark. My friend said to me “I heard it too…..she said Kylie”. She went off to describe the spirit to me.
We lived in Oshawa and my mother always told me that when I was younger say about 4 or 5 I would sit and cry in my room telling her that “the woman” wouldn’t leave even though I asked her too. She told me I kept this up for years!
I also remember when we lived in Oshawa us kids always slept in my moms room. I would always wake up in the middle of the night and on the wall it was this hooded shadow. I was never threatened by it but it was like we were having conversations without even speaking. I try to think this is a dream I always had but I remember it happening so much that I have to re think about it.
I’m a strong believer in the super natural, I also think that maybe I’m more susceptible to everything because of a near death experience I had when I was younger.

I believe you.the supernatural beings are real and they live among us.we can’t see them but they can see us.but,why can’t we see them? ’cause they’re not from this dimension where we are.I’m one hundred per cent sure that this supernatural being you encountered in that old farm house could have been either the devil himself or an evil spirit (also called demon),and they are just as real as you and I.I just want to tell you that there’s no need to be afraid of these entities since they are absolutely powerless though they may show the opposite to that,but in fact,they have no power at all to hurt humans unless we let them come in by participating in activities that attract demons like playing the Ouija Board among other things.one thing is true;God and His realms are real and Satan together with his army of demons are true,but they have absolutely no power.
Im not overly a believer in God but i believe there is a higher power. I wont get into the whole religion discussion. The house is a creepy one but i do not think that its the devil or a demon. I think there would be different feelings in the house. Its mostly just a creeped out or watched feeling. I find that i hear things a lot. Once in the kitchen i heard fuck off and i spun around thinking it was my brother and was laughing but no one was there. Just the other day in our side room i was bugging the dog and i heard go away. Not angry or anything but it was weird. I just sat there and slowly walked out of the room to show i wasnt afraid. We have a lot of weird stuff go on. I should have put it all on with the story

Your right.. not everything we see or hear is either ”the devil” or a demon..
Whatever is there definately wants your attention .. it doesn’t seem to be malicous..
just wants to be acknowledged..

I believe you and sounds to it is something evil telling you to “back off” dont you think K.C. I dont know but If I were you I would leave this old house thats just to much to handle just be careful.
I dont believe anything in the house wants us gone. Possibly the feeling outside its not pleasent. In the house is not so bad. I heard a mans voice when it was kind of rude. A womans voice when my name was called. Im not going to run from whatever is here because as i have realised these souls walk with us they must realise it is now. No point in running when they arent hurting me. I have lived here for a bout 9 years now
Hey K.C. I looked at your comment saying you’re not running away, and I agree with you. I’m a believer of supernatural beings, and by the sounds of your story, the spirits sound to be both intelligent and residual. The one that walked out of the back door, and the voices saying “Kylie” and the one being rude sound residual, so you know they mean no harm. The others, I think, you should try to maybe see what they want, or hey, even be friends wit’ ‘em, who knows. Just bringing ideas. Great happenings by the sound of it.

KC, personally speaking,I don’t believe that our loved ones or any person that has passed over,their spirit and soul stay around us.there’s a huge army of demons floating in the Earth’s atmosphere and led by Satan.the bible says that the devil disguise himself as a light of angel to deceive and mislead the human beings.in other words,Satan can take the form of a dead person and looks just exactly like that person.there’s no way that people who already passed over, stay amongst us,and the devil is using this trick to deceive people into believing that after we pass over there’s no deed to worry about what comes next.the bible clearly says that after death some people ascend (Heaven),others descend (Hell).
Again though thats what a book says. Im not a believer in the bible aspect. Sure there are spirits that are not the nicest or could be harmful but they arent all demons nor do they all want to hurt us. There is not anything to run from. . . .we are the living.
Hey K C, Interesting story you have there. I guess your experience brought you back some of your own old memories from the past experience you have. Well I was like that too once when I move this house I am currently in now. it brought back some memories of my past with the supernatural. It is weird. But later i understand from my mother, I have always been very easily contact with the supernatural.
Hey, K.C. I read your story and it is interesting. I think the one that said “Go!” could be the one that tells you to leave. From what I hear, he doesn’t sound malicious, simply bening. Could be he’s having fun (depending on your sense of humor) or he’s warning you away from another residual ghosts. (is there a frequency to his “go aways”?). I ask that beacause I onced lived in an appartment where every month at exactly the same day, same time, a ghost would start down the hallway, move up to the livingroom and pass through the wall to the adjacent appartment. It didn’t seem intelligent since i was never able to arouse it’s attention… Anyway, could be one of the ghosts warns you away from another one…
As for “Iknowthedevil” Satan exists, as does Hell and Heaven, but I don’t believe there is an Ascension or decsent. Heaven or Hell is a state of mind, depending on how you lived your life once you meet up with pure whiteness. Once you see yourself before purity, one can either shun away and pass eternity in shame (Hell) or simply forgive oneself and pass on (white light, heaven, etc) of course, I’ve never died (at least not yet) so we can’t all know for certain.
I find it interesting you say it could be a spirit warning us of another one. Simply because the girl who claimed to be able to see the dead told us about a man outside of our house (everyone is always nervous walking outside to their cars because the feel really unwanted or terrified for no reason) and she stated that he wasnt a very good man. Said that he looks through our windows and said that he watches women. He is very sexually oriented but in a horrible way. So she says anyway. I found it funny because i remember laying in my room with my boyfriend half awake one night telling him that “he watches me” and that he was in the room. We cover the window with a huge curtain now lol and i rarely come in here alone.
