Ghost Stories & Paranormal Encounters

I am 12 years old and have been having paranormal sightings since I was three years old. I have always believed there’s life after death and people never die.

I was in my old house and it was built before the first world war and there was always something eerie about my sisters room. I always went in there and it would be freezing and one night my sister was asleep when I was awoke by my sisters scream. I went to the door and peeked and I could see a shadow by her bed. I switched on the light and saw that she couldn’t breath and had scratch marks around her neck so I took her into my room. She thought it was over but it only just started. The television came on and off, the light bulb smashed, and my stereo was on the floor. I got up and ran with my sister and I went outside crying as I was really scared.

The next day my mum came in and saw the mess and she asked, “What’s the matter?” as we would not go into any of the rooms and my sister said, “Ghost of a soldier” and my mum and us all moved out a few weeks after that as she was getting even scared as it happened to her as well!

There used to be a hospital where my house is and it used to have people with all kinds of diseases there, and one night I was asleep when I saw someone on the landing upstairs. I thought it was my sister going back to bed but when it came into my room I went, “Go back to sleep” and somebody groaned as if they were in pain. I switched my lamp on and she was gone in a blink of an eye.

I checked Tamara’s room and she was fast asleep so I was getting really freaked out. I slept in my wardrobe and then I saw the light go on and off so I looked through the key hole but nobody was there. I screamed and then I saw something horrible. It was a kind of half person floating around my bedroom then I heard footsteps and I thought “Oh My God! its a dead person with its feet walking around.”

The next day I told my dad but he didn’t believe me so I called my mum to call somebody to come and tell me what was in my bedroom! So when the medium came she said an old lady had died in the hospital while having her legs cut off and she wanted to find her room (which was my room) and curse the doctor for cutting her legs off. I had to get out of there now! A few days later we moved to a peaceful house which I feel a good presence in there which I don’t mind!
