Before I discovered this cool ability of mine which is stronger every day I had a very horrible experience. Whenever I am feeling very low or depressed or worried I seem to have weird things happen. Street lights next to me go on or off or very recently i started to see shadows in the corner of my eye. One night i actually saw a figure walking fast through my room. I then slept with the light on. I researched these shadows (that did not feel like a presence with a personality, but it definately felt unwelcome) i discovered that people all over the world are seeing these shadow people. Perhaps being empath you are more suggestable to these things, but for me it happens when i am on a low frequency. So my solution (apart from sleeping with the light on) was too try and cleanse my room, increase my positivity and tell the unwelcome guests that they did not have my permission to be there. It felt like they fed off negative emotions and didnt like to be seen so were light sensitive. But you can definately sense them when you see something in the corner of your eye. Not a good feeling, so now i try to focus only on the aura seeing which makes me feel positive. I don't believe one must be psychic to experience these things. And, I also believe having an active prayer life and a little faith goes a long way toward dealing with these things. Cold rooms may just be the beginning. There is one thing you should never forget. As living physical beings that we are, we have no way to really identify who may be on the other end of a Ouija board..., so if someone suggests using it to learn more about a ghost, think twice.
