I was at my friend Cheyenne’s house and it was around Halloween. We were telling scary stories and decided to go outside.
She lived in the country on an older street. Right next to her house was an old abandoned church from 1913. As we walked by we thought we heard something coming from the church but just ignored it.
It was getting dark so we started a bonfire with her sister Chelsea and her friend Shannon. We were playing truth or dare and Cheyenne got dared to go in the house. She wouldn’t go in unless all four of us went.
There were two doors and both were bolted shut so we had to go through a broken window. When we got inside it smelled nasty and was very dark and cold, all we had for light was a little flash light.
We were rummaging through some old stuff when Chelsea screamed. We all looked and at the altar was an old black woman praying. She turned around and her eyes were black. We just stood there for a few seconds in disbelief when one of the bolted doors opened. We just stood there staring at it when a broom fell and we heard something say “OUT!” We all screamed and ran out the door, no one has gone in the church since.

i think it was un cool that you and your friends went in the church.i know it was abandoned but you dont have the right to go in.there are 2 places i dont like to hear people going in.the first one is a cemetery.thats for the dead there at peace.and second is a church.its only to go to church and pray and if you want to ask god a question.but to go in on a dare.no thats not right.i dont care people go in an abandoned place but those to what i said is not cool.so im glad the spirt scared you off.the spirt was praying and you disturbed her.i just hope you havent gone there since.but thats just me.
It was old and abandoned so although it was trespassing what was the real harm? It’s a wonder they hadn’t torn the place down. I don’t know what was in there but I am SO glad that none of you were harmed! SCARY!
