Ghost Stories & Paranormal Encounters

Two years ago me and my family moved into a new house, and as usual my parents were arguing. I wasn’t really a normal kid, I’m not so normal now but when I was younger I had these really weird and meaningless dreams, they involved things that don’t really exist, or so I thought.

Me and my friend always think my house is haunted and sometimes sleep in my attic together along with my dog of course. Leslie also liked exploring places that she thinks mean something all according to a fictional book. (well I think its fictional).

Leslie had one day been visiting a book store and found a book that had something to do with my house and a suicide that took place there about seven years ago.

My friend insisted on sleeping over that night so I let her stay. It was probably in the afternoon and my friend was talking to me about the book she gave me, I was reading the book when I reached chapter 5, It was the chapter when the man committed suicide the man in the books name was Peter and he lived a lonely life alone in his house, had a job, didn’t make much friends.

His wife left him with his son and he committed suicide by hanging himself. He haunts the biggest bedroom in the house, no it’s not the master bedroom, it’s my room.

Me and my friend decided to lock ourselves inside my bedroom and not to come out unless it’s an emergency. Leslie soon fell asleep but I was still quite awake as I was dozing off I saw something like a ball of light fly across the room like a cheetah, I was to terrified to tell Leslie so I fell asleep.

I awoke to find myself staring straight at a man dressed in a suit looking at me at probably 2:00 am! I woke up Leslie but of course she saw nothing. Night after night I keep waking up and see that man staring at me on one occasion I saw him sitting on the edge of my bed.

Once again my family moved and Leslie of course moved to, I am so creeped out about that Peter guy, I gave the book to Leslie and she reads it over and over, she loves the book. I just wonder if she will love the guy staring at her every night!
