I think that religion can cloud your grip on the situation, if you believe in that stuff and it helps then cool. if not, try looking for a scientific reason, if that eludes you then paranormality is a natural thing just like the wind or rain. don't be afraid and embrase your gift or you will be fighting a personal war forever xxx :) i have had loads of wiered experiences, im not religious and believe there is a scientific reason for most things and a paranormal reason for the minority. Repeat hi name over and over again. until it leaves, Did you know that you do not need any ype of materials to cleanse your house, all you have to say is his name, and tell him to come into your house. Note: God is a title like mother, daughter ect.. But when you refer him by his name ,it is very powerful.. I'll pray for you.. I hope that you never have to go threw that again..
