That Specific Smell

Okay so personally I have had many, many encounters with things I’ve seen to be paranormal as did my mum when she was younger.

Some stories she’s told me have been mainly about hauntings in houses she’s lived or things associated with Ouija boards, where as I’ve experienced visions/dreams of things to happen before, my best friend when I was younger and I some how used to think we would hear each other speak exactly what the other was thinking when we heard it.

But one story that I will remember vividly is a run in I believe I had with a ghost.

When I was about 17, I was living in an big, old creepy house, others had said it was haunted but I hadn’t experienced anything… until that night that is.

A couple of friends and I had stayed up late, my friends decided to go to bed in their own rooms and left me awake by myself. I too was feeling tired and turned out the lights to go to bed. I had barely laid down my head when I heard a loud thud on the other end of my room. Feeling a bit alarmed I pulled the blankets up over my face only exposing my eyes,so I could peek at the area from where the sound came from. Strange Consecutive Events

There isn’t really anything scary, just very curious.

Quite some time ago, I was visiting my son at his apartment and I noticed a distinct odor I’ve never smelled before. Then my eyes started burning. There was no smoke or any other visible air borne particulates. I didn’t stay long. I was getting a bad feeling.

Sometime later I experienced the same thing, at a different location. There was no odor this time, but my eyes were burning to the point that I had to get out of there.

The third event happened a short time later, and was just like the second, no odor, just something burning my eyes, and by this time I suspected that something was following me around.

I was watching some video about something paranormal, and the people in the video complained about something burning their eyes…, that got my attention.

Has anyone else ever experienced this kind of “repellent?”  The only reason I mention …

Someone Tell Me What This Is

I’m not sure what this is exactly… can someone tell me?

Ok, so me and my roommate are kind of nonbelievers in these kinds of things, but there have been some really weird things happening in our apartment and I don’t know if someone can help us figure out what this is… because I’m pretty convinced whatever it is its not natural.

I recently moved out into my own apartment. I share the apartment with my friend, Sarah. It is in good condition, its small, 2 bed rooms, one bath room and a main living area with a small kitchen. We’ve been living there for about a year and things have gotten a little out of control. I’ll explain.

Newlyweds in the Wall

Well, I’m a bit nervous about posting, I guess you could say I’m really shy about what people with think about the things I say, but, well… here it goes.

First, a little background information. My house is about 12 years old. We live in the country and before we had this house built, we lived in a very old farmhouse. It was falling apart, so we had it burned down and made this house right next to it. My mom has told me about her ghostly experiences in that old farmhouse (she’s lived there since childhood, and it’s been around since the 1800′s) but that’s a whole other story.
