Once when my friends and I were at a friends birthday party we dared each other to go outside at night to search for ghosts. This was intended to be a fun activity to scare each other. My friend whom the residence was owned told us of sounds outside the window while he was asleep days ago. He and another friend of mine told us that during a sleepover they noticed a silhouette of a ghostly figure walking between the kitchen and living room area.
My friend (we’ll call him “John”) said that his sisters did not believe that Satan existed. We all felt bothered because like many, we believe that Satan has the power to cast his influence into this world (demons, possessions etc.). So while we were skeptically “searching” for these entities, what must have been fifty dogs around the entire neighborhood started howling simultaneously. As we all know, dogs “bark” and rarely “howl”. This was if anything “strange”. Then his four-year-old retriever rushed into the back yard and began howling as well.
Inside the house, his cat was hissing profusely and his other dog, a spitz, was howling as well. The guinea pig began squealing and banging his head against the cage. After about five minutes of waiting, we began to hear what resembled people talking on a walkie-talkie. I began to search for the location but it sounded like it was surrounding me.
We heard sounds from the woods like running and even dirt bikes. What’s so odd about this you ask? Just like the voices, they were coming from no exact location. Simultaneously, we began to feel sick and dizzy. Then an old tire swing in the woods began to sway vigorously from side to side with one side swaying faster than the other, as if someone were pushing it. The problem you ask? There was no wind, not the lightest breeze to shift the smallest leaf. At that moment my friends and I saw a small, transparent, human-shaped figure sitting between the tire.
John’s dog’s nose went bone chillingly dry as saliva began to drop from it’s mouth. We all ran inside after seeing the figure on the tire. We found out later that while we were outside witnessing this, John’s little sister was chanting to Satan “Come out, come out wherever you are.”
My right hand on the Bible this is true. Whether I interpreted it wrong or not…

Creepy sister. Creepy girls are always the most fun.
I sometimes wonder if I scared myself into hearing things that weren’t there when I was younger. Not being christian, I never focused on things like “satan” or such but curious about the things that go bump in the night. What exactly was the sister saying, and what was her reason for it?
i agree about the creepy girls being the most fun LOL
