Yes it seems that it just kept getting worse. Yes whatever was in the barn was a totally different entity from the more playful, mischeivous one in the barn. Whenever you move into an old home there are bound to be somethings in the homes past that aren't gone completely... Whenever we move we lawys have our house blessed right when we move in just in case. I have always had animals too and they are extremely sensitive to the occult... I am VERY SORRY about your horse- poor thing! I am glad you all got out when you did!

i think the horse could have died of heart failure just plain scared to death. to bad something was giving power to that entity. as for the barn burning to all it would take is a burning ember blown from the house and since it was a 100 years the wood would be dry and probably termites had got to it in some places thankfully the place burned before those people could move in i have the feeling it would have been worse for them

Hi, I'm sorry for the loss of your horse. but i was thinking. In the old days When cowboys would kill someone, a posse would sometimes find the guy and hang the bad guy. So maybe someone murdered the good one in the house and they caught him and hanged him from that tree. You never know. Try to look up the history and see if maybe in the 1800s maybe that happened. Yes I do watch a lot of Gunsmoke and Bonanza, But that's beside the point, that could have happen.

Girl,u guys should've left as sOon as things started hapPening. Ur horse got killed because the privacy of the barn ghost was being intruded. Maybe it killed the pOor animal to teach u a lesSon & show u that it was powerful.
The ghost in the house might've been a friendly ghost, could be somebody who had owned the place or lived there. Did u try to dig up any history about that place? U should!
GoOd thing ur family never got hurt.
The walnut tree always gave u the creeps, so something evil must be living up there. Old trees are sometimes haunted, especially oak trees & afew others. It should've burned down toO!
GoOd to know ur family is safe now.
