My Paranormal Experiences In Wisconsin

May 20, 2008

I had one strange experience while visiting my sister in Wisconsin:

Once, my sister and I were sitting in her bedroom. She got up to go to the kitchen to get us more tea. I was sitting on her bed, and a large object that was on the other side of the room literally flew off of her dresser and smashed into the wall beside me. It didn’t even come close to hitting me, but it was startling.

I didn’t even look to see what flew into the wall, just ran out of the bedroom and told my sister what happened and she said, “I believe you. It happens every once in awhile, I can’t figure out why”. She said it’s always the same object too. An old radio from the 1950’s that she found in a thrift shop. (she eventually couldn’t take it anymore and threw the radio out).

That same night we were sleeping in her room, she had a large king sized bed so we just shared the bed. At that time, my sister lived in a cottage in the middle of no where - just her and her cats. No neighbors for about 1 or 2 miles, I’d say, no railroad - nothing. And she lived in Southern Wisconsin.

We both woke up at precisely 1 am (there was a clock on her bedside table that I looked at) and the room was shaking like there had been a tornado or earthquake or something. We jumped out of the bedroom and the entire house was shaking - but there was no noise. That was the strangest thing we both noticed - we didn’t hear any noise of any sort. The cats slept right through it.

We then saw in her bedroom a light. It was a sphere of some sort about the size of a dinner plate. It was just bouncing around her room, floating up and down and just around the room. And then it disappeared. It only lasted maybe 20 seconds. We didn’t go back in the bedroom at all. She said nothing like that had ever happened before. We sat in the living room and fell asleep in her recliners.

The next day we got a newspaper to see if there was an earthquake or something and there was no report on it. A few days later I searched the internet to see if there had been any earthquakes in the South Wisconsin area on that night. Nothing. My sister ended up moving out of that house within a few months due to a job change. She had no more odd experiences after that and neither did I.

Whatever it was, it probably was mad cause the radio was thrown out. But that’s weird, cause only you guys found the effect…. so, idk
