This will happen to you throughout your life. God may not keep us from problems and grief but HE will be there with us through it. At 13 the worls can seem like a big scary strange place. You will get through this. May your beloved Great Grandfather find peace....I would try just telling him "It's ok for you to go on from here. We will be together again one day." that may help his spirit decide it's ok to leave. Yes it is very hard when we lose a loved one. This will happen to you throughout your life.
