Ghost Stories & Paranormal Encounters

I have recently posted a story called Scary Family Experiences. Well I have lots of updates and I would like to share them with you. In this entry, I will tell you all of the scary paranormal experiences some of my family have had throughout the years:

My Uncle was at our cabin in Maine with his friends, his mom, and I. He happened to wake up from a dead sleep and something was drawing him to the window. He finally got out of bed and looked out of the window and he saw it. Across the lake there was a huge sailboat with the sails down and there was no sign of life. He watched the boat for a few minutes and then went back to bed. When he woke up the next morning, he asked everyone in the house if they had seen it and everyone denied seeing anything. So he asked around to the neighbors and they all said that they were asleep and didn’t see anything.

When my mother was about 7 or 8 years old, she had a wooden rocking horse which she loved. One night she woke up and had seen it rocking back in forth for a few minutes then stopped. The next night, it did it again and it began to make the sound of a horse.

My sister was in bed one night and awoke to the sound of her doll in the toy box making the sounds it normally does when you squeeze her hand. So she woke me up and told me what had happened. I took the doll out of the toy box and told her that it was probably getting old and the batteries are dieing. So I placed the doll on her dresser and went to bed. I was just laying there and couldn’t go to sleep then I heard the doll. I went into her room immediately and she was sound asleep. The doll was moved from the dresser to the other side of the room.

My cat was standing in the hallway and looked up and growled almost as if there was an unseen person standing there. He started to hiss and meowed loudly then stopped and walked away. While he was walking, he kept looking back to where he was growling.

I was in our Maine cottage (the same one where my uncle saw the boat) and it was about 1 A.M. and my grandmother and I were about to go to sleep then this lady appeared and she was floating in a sitting position and was staring at me with a very scary face. I felt very uneasy and sick to my stomach. My grandmother helped me out and I finally went to bed. The next day, I saw her with the same look and she was lying to the couch.

In my school, I have seen a girl with a red dress on wondering the halls when class is going on. No one else sees her but me. I believe that I have a sixth sense to see things most people cant.

My father was at his friends house and his friend always told my dad that his house was haunted and my dad always thought he was just messing around until one day, my dad came out of the bathroom, and saw a lady with a knife to her head and she started walking toward him. My dad ran out of the house and never came back.

My cousin died three years ago from getting hit by a car. When my aunt was watching TV, there happened to be a movie on about a woman who lost her son in a car accident. In the movie, the woman said that she wanted a sign from her son so she knew he was with her and watching down on her. So he showed himself to her. At that same exact time, my aunt thought the same exact thing. And all of a she turned and faced the tree. She looked down and found a little cottenball Rudolph ornament that her son had made when he was young. That was what fell. That was what made the big bang. To this day, she still believes that it was her son making himself known.

When I am home alone, there are huge bangs upstairs.So one day I went up there and there was a vibration next to me then I herd footsteps going down the hall. it is very scary and I don’t think whatever it is likes me. It only does it to me.

People who find out that I have lots of experiences, mainly say you should consider talking to them or using a Ouija boards. I have no interest of using one of those boards what so ever. My mother had used it once before and warned me to never use it unless I a willing to have my life ruined. Her friend did it with her and her friend let through demonic entities into her room. they choked her, they attacked her, and the one spirit that she wanted to communicate with, never talked to her. so I will not use one of those. I am taking my mothers word for it. Her friend burnt it and through ashes in dumpster. The next morning it was set up on her bedroom floor.
