Ghost Stories & Paranormal Encounters

When I was 9 years old we lived in an old house, this was back in the early 80′s.  It was a two bedroom duplex.  My sister and I slept in one room and my parents in the other room.

I remember I woke up in the middle of the night real thirsty. I got up and went to the kitchen to drink water. I returned and laid on my bed which was next to the window.  All of a sudden I heard a loud scream next to my window, it sounded like a lady, who was in pain and crying.  I remember it scared the heck out of me and I quickly put the covers over my head.

Bravely I took a peak to see who or what it was. I will never forget the face till this day. There stood a lady outside the window staring inside. She wasn’t transparent, she looked like a regular person. She had long dark hair, her eyes blood shot red, and real pale skin. I began shaking so bad I couldn’t stop.

I got up ran to my parents room screaming as loud as I could. My parents got up scared and asked me what was wrong. I explained to them what had happened, they ran to the room to see for themselves. When we went back to my room there was nothing. My mother checked the window and as she did there was a loud bang next door where my godmother lived as if they hit a vehicle. The funny thing was that my godmother had a real mean dog which barked real loud at anyone who got near. That night he was whining real loud as if he was scared.  My parents went outside and found nothing. It was a night I will never forget.
